I am an architect and I'd like to share my professional feedback of this shop. We had been referred to this shop by the company Norisys to procure items for our project in Noida. We've faced huge issues with customer service and return of items. The items given to us after advance payment we're 4 years old and boxes were partially consumed by termites. Some items had discoloration and damaged packaging. On returns they've reduced the number of items and made a list with lesser items and refuse to accept their mistake. The return amount is lesser than the amount paid for the items. On pointing out their mistake, I've been shouted on, physically pushed and roughed up. The owner raises a temper and an attitude to me even though we are potentially a regular source of business to any such shop. He says things like you can't understand this and I don't have time, go somewhere else. Rashi at the sales counter as well as the owner refuse to accept their mistake even after reopening and checking the items in the box in front of them and also checking the CCTV cameras. They say things like somebody might have changed the contents of the box and other vague defences to fleece us.

I fear to imagine what a walk in customer would face if I'm getting this service as an architect.

Fraudulent people. Wasted my time and money on them.

One of the worts place to buy electronics... Bought fans from there for my home and the number they have provided on the invoice doesn't respond and neither their email works (which is given in the invoice). When you try to contact them through the number mentioned in the google maps they will pick the call and listen the problem 1st time you call and then blacklist your number... Worst service ever... All they try to do is clear thier stock instead of helping families and help them make best choices... Yahan se zada best hai ki chroma ya koi aur  store se lelo kam se kam installation toh milti hai and proper service and yahan 0.001 star dene ka option hota toh tab yahi milta inn logon ko... Physically jaake jab problems batao toh bas brand service ka number dedenge and fir yahi chalta rehta hai ki aap store se baat karo and store bolega ki aap brand se baat karo... Koi kuch nahi karega... Buying from there is waste of money

I was a loyal customer of this shop for the last ten years. With recent incident, I have made up my mind that I won't be going to this shop anymore going forward. I visited this shop recently to buy a Philips 12-watt bulb and asked for the price without seeing the price on the carton. The lady replied asking for 150 Rs, which I paid. When I returned home, I just saw the price by chance on the carton; it was listed as Rs 148. The shop charged me 2 Rs more and didn't give any discount.

The prices are too high as compared to market standards. They don't offer discount on bulk purchase. It's better to buy from other nearby shops which offer much lesser price.

All fancy wall light and hanging light and chandelier and jhumar available.

I have purchased the sunflame 3 burner stove here and they have charged extra 600 rs for just lpg to png convert and they never said about that if we contact the direct sunflame company they will charge only 200- 300 rs and for pipe also this shop charged 400 rs. But actual cost 100 rs. I never expect this experience....

This is worst shop with worst people working here, don't know how to deal with people. I don't know whaat is concept of not exchanging the product in morning and making the customer wait for their convenience.
I will never recommend the people to buy any stuff from this shop.I will insist Havells people to look into this shop and not supply any product to them.And why they are using Havells name on their shop if they are not authorised dealers and if they are authorised then Havells you are playing with fire here and brand name will be tarnished.
For customer please go somewhere else, please come to this shop.

Extremely rude owner..shouting all the time on customers and staff...

I bought a glenn chimney(high end model) , the sales person said, they will get it installed, I agreed. They sent the person for installation. From the work quality, I doubted if he is from the glenn company.

I called up glenn customer care, I was told, since it is not installed by the company, warranty is void.!!

I called back the sales person of prashant electric company, I was told warranty would be provided by the store!..

Questions:
1. Why the store is acting in a way, that is voiding the company provided warranty for the customer?
2. Why they are not referring to the customer care of the product company for installation. Something fishy here?
3. The installation by the unauthorised person is costing 20℅ more than the cost charged by the product company. Why the customer has to higher cost of installation, that too for unauthorised installation.

Good shopping experience! Mr. Prashant and his team especially Ravi has very customer centric approach. Reasonable prices as well.
I bought 5 ACs from them. One of those had problem. Ravi supported throughout, till problem was resolved by Voltas. Appreciate the support and cooperation!

Got to know about this shop recently while exploring electrical products for my flat, have purchased lot of fans, exhausts, RO and lot of electrical items from this shop. The rates are very reasonable as compared to other shops in the vicinity, they provide you a better deal even for the products which are available online like Atomberg fans.
Staff is fine but Mr. Vineet specifically is very reliable and a great person. He has provided assistance in all means and he is one of the guy due to which I went ahead and made so many purchases. He provides you very genuine suggestions which you'll not regret later.

Bought havells geyser from the shop. Mr Ravikant sharma greet us very professionally and explained each and every aspect of the items. Was impressed very much by his professionalism. Keep up the good work and hope havells geyser will not dissapoint us. 🙂

Good experience while purchasing RO and other electrical appliances. Actually I casually visited the showroom but the staff like Vinit and Peetam convinced me to buy appliances from them itself. I ended up purchasing chimney and RO alongwith other electrical accessories from them. It has become a favourite shop for me. The experience was really good.

Not a trust worthy outlet. I went today to buy 1.5 mm wire cable. I was told by electritions to buy either Heavells or Polycab. While the discussion with sales person,  they suggested me for Ploycab..billing was done. I had asked electrician to check and confirm if this correct. He said this is lower quality of polycab wire 'datar by Ploycab'  at the price of original one. I crossed check with nearby electrical  outlet and found it correct. I went back to outlet again and confronted. They have replaced with the wire correct quality without charging me any additional cost. The price gap between these two  product around 200 for each cable set. It's not about charging extra money.  It's all about trust. Hope they will read the post and correct the same.

I purchased a 25 ltr AO Smith gyeser and had a wonderful experience . They promised to install the gyser in 2 hours and they did it within that time without any hastle.  They have good range for ACs , Fans , Gysers and many other items.
I will strongly recommend them.
