One area that needs improvement is the seating arrangement - when I visited around 9 AM, there was no available seating due to the crowd.

The lab is situated very close to main road. Parking might be an issue as you need to park on the road side itself. The staff is really helpful and they have enough sitting area. We found wait time a little to much as for each test we were called inside and then send out and had to wait 5-10 minutes between few tests. Except for wait time would highly recommend to go to this centre.

Went here for check up before term insurance. All was good but they didn't use gloves while taking out blood sample. At any other diagnostic center I have been they have always used gloves. Not sure what the protocol is.

I have booked a home collection from this lab. The representative came on time but he wasn't very good at his job. When he realised I have thin veins, he tied up my arm and kept beating it to find a vein and ultimately drew blood from the other hand. He was extremely rough in how he handled my arms. My arm is still sore even after 2 days and the place from where he drew blood on the other hand had turned black because he pressed it so hard after removing the injection. Kindly train your employees how to handle clients efficiently.

I came for pre-employment check-up and while sitting only I am writing down this feedback.

1. Dirty washroom and same for both men and women. Knowing the fact it will be used frequently for urine samples. (I could have clicked the picture of the washroom but it was too smelly to stay inside even for an extra single second)

2. No organised process, People who came and registered after me were called for the tests.

3. No proper seating space. People standing in the reception area.

In a nutshell I'll be providing feedback to my organisation as well sharing the experience of below mediocre level facilities after charging a prominent amount for employment test.

Drinking glass storage panel was very dirty, please carry your own water bottle as they will ask you to drink water in order to get the USG done.

I visited your facility a few days ago for a blood test, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. --JUST WRITHING THIS SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE IT CORRECT--

The girl who collected my blood sample appeared to lack even basic knowledge of proper blood collection procedures. She attempted to draw blood without releasing the tourniquet and repeatedly pulled the syringe despite no blood entering it. This continued for an unreasonably long time, causing discomfort and distress. Eventually, the sample was collected drop by drop.

What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene and protocol afterward. While applying the adhesive bandage, she touched the sticky surface with her bare hands before placing it on the needle site, which is unacceptable and unhygienic.

I was genuinely shocked to see such negligence in a medical setting. Patients trust diagnostic centers with their health, and such carelessness can lead to serious issues. I strongly urge you to ensure that staff handling medical procedures are adequately trained and follow basic medical and hygiene standards.

I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism and am very disappointed by the experience.

Please take this feedback seriously and take corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.

I was quite impressed when I visited but after two months, my opinion is totally changed.
Quality /test results are bad even though they are quite fast.

I had Niva Bupa insurance and this lab has a tie up for annual check up with them.

I saw the reviews and booked my wife's annual health check up. I was quite impressed with the clockwork speed they work. Everything was working as well oiled machine and within 1 hour everything was done (including ultrasound, pap smear etc.). Both of us were quite impressed with the efficiency of the lab at that time (second week of October 2025).

Fast forward to Last week of November (6 weeks post annual check up), my wife had quite sever pain in abdomen. We went for ultrasound to a different lab and doctor said she is having stone in kidney(5mm) and gall bladder (3mm).

So, yes they are fast & efficient but quality is not reliable and for health, quality of tests is of highest importance and NOT HOW FAST You can provide the service.

I will not recommend this lab to anyone.

Appointment was for 8 AM but upon calling the center, was asked to come at 8:30.....guy at the counter will hand you over the urine collection box in the very start which then you have to carry during the whole health checkup.....health checkup itself is fraud.....doctor took 3 minutes to do Echo+Ultrasound.....and they don't even ask to drink water before ultrasound.....they will just run it off as fast as they can with no credible results.....don't be a fool and make mistake of going there!!!

I would like to highlight a serious concern regarding the ultrasound report issued by your laboratory.

In the ultrasound report provided to me, the radiologist has mentioned all organs simply as “Normal”, without documenting actual organ measurements (size/dimensions). When I later consulted my doctor to correlate these findings with abnormal blood test parameters, he was unable to do so due to the absence of organ size details in the ultrasound report.

My doctor clearly stated that this is not considered good documentation practice, as organ measurements are essential for proper clinical correlation—especially in cases involving liver function abnormalities.

When I raised this concern with your lab, I was informed that since everything was normal, measurements were not taken. This explanation is concerning for the following reasons:

“Normal” is a subjective conclusion

Measurements are objective clinical data

Certain conditions (such as early fatty liver, hepatomegaly, or borderline abnormalities) can be missed or cannot be ruled out without documented organ sizes

Specific Concern

In my case, liver-related blood parameters were significantly elevated, yet the ultrasound report contained no mention of:

Liver size, Fatty liver grading, Liver echotexture

This lack of detail renders the report clinically insufficient for diagnosis, correlation, or follow-up.

Additionally, it appears that the final report was published without an adequate overall review, as such omissions should have been identified before release.

I would advise others to be cautious, or consider avoiding this lab, when accurate and detailed reporting is clinically important. As this lab works with multiple insurance companies, patients often hesitate to raise concerns due to the time-consuming insurance grievance process, which unfortunately allows such documentation gaps to go unchallenged.

Review of Fifty One Plus Diagnostic Center:

Location: Situated on the main road within a residential area, the location of Fifty One Plus Diagnostic Center is easily accessible.

Facilities: Unfortunately, the center lacks sufficient seating space relative to its footfall, which can be inconvenient for patients waiting for their appointments. Moreover, the main counter is often overcrowded, which could potentially raise health concerns, especially in light of current circumstances.

Sanitation: The condition of the washrooms leaves much to be desired, with reported issues such as non-functioning flushes. This aspect of the center's hygiene standards is a significant area for improvement.

Overall, while Fifty One Plus Diagnostic Center may offer essential diagnostic services, it falls short in terms of providing a comfortable and sanitary environment for its visitors.

Electricity down, air conditioners not working and it is stinking in here is all I had to go thru during my visit. It looked like a dingy place and no good feeling for a healthcare facility.
