I think reviews are paid or what but my experience with them was very poor, owner doesnt know how to talk, he was very rude after picking up items, i had clearly instructed him of all big and small items which we had to move, he made a quotation, when they came for packing after doing all packing they asked 5k additional otherwise threatened to leave all the items down below my apartment, after taking more than agreed amount, the owner sonu was very rude throughout the process or dint provide any update from his side,when iteam reached at my place after 6 days in night there was only one person to offload so i had to help him to keep items into my home, they dint even unpack anything, i found some items broken as well.

Very poor service. They will add gst after picking up the goods and will force you to pay additional GST stating won't deliver without full payment. At picking up they will ask for tip/ labour charges. At drop point after reaching they will ask to pay additional labour charges otherwise won't get the goods down the truck at your door step. Monetary wise very worst experience, they kept adding money after picking the items.

Won't recommend to anyone.

I had an extremely poor experience with this noida packer service, and I feel compelled to warn others.

I was moving from a 22nd-floor apartment, and I had clearly instructed the team to conduct a proper inventory before moving anything down. Despite multiple reminders, they ignored this completely — neither upstairs nor downstairs was any item-level verification done.

They arrived as a group of three and rushed through the packing process with no system or accountability. While one or two were in front of me, the third moved items separately — making it impossible for a single person to track everything in real-time.

As a result, two entire cartons are missing — both of which contained valuable personal items. I am 100% certain they were packed and ready to go. The only logical explanation is gross mishandling or intentional misplacement with the possibility of theft.
