I had a great experience at Music Planet. I initially walked in considering a more well-known and established brand in guitar circles, and they actually had that brand n model available in store. However, they suggested I also try the Westwood E340 before making a final decision — and I’m genuinely glad I did.

The shop owner was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the differences in build quality, hardware, and overall value instead of simply pushing a bigger brand name. That honest guidance really stood out.

The Westwood E340 feels solid, looks premium, and offers excellent value for the price. The playability and overall finish are impressive.
Also, the store has a very good ambience — clean, well-organised, and comfortable to try out instruments without any pressure.

Excellent service for custom audio jacks!
I visited Music Planet store to get a custom audio jack made and the experience was really good. The owner is very helpful and understands the exact requirement before making the cable. The quality of the jack is excellent, with clean sound and no noise issues. The finishing looks professional and durable.
The work was done quickly and the price was reasonable too.

Music Planet was extremely helpful in guiding us through the karaoke system. He patiently demonstrated the entire setup, explained the features clearly, and allowed us to experience the sound quality and microphones firsthand. His knowledge and willingness to answer all our questions made the process very comfortable and reassuring. It was a very positive experience, and his support made it much easier to understand and choose the right karaoke system. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good service and genuine guidance.

The place is good.
They have got some instruments and all.

But the pricing is very high. For example I bought a violin from them. You may call me fool that I trusted turn and didn't checked at other places. And they're running a business so they can overcharge and all.

But they sold me the violen for 4500 which other's were charging 3500. Further the violin which I was sold was kind of quite old. The bridge of that violin was from some other violin and then I had to spend another 1000 rupees on the repairs.

Then I went there today's bag to get my strings fixed and they charged me 400 rupees for that where as at other places they were charging 200 for the same.

The seller and all are quite friendly. But I will suggest to go to other shops in case you want the same quality work to be done at a better price.

I live in UK and I have bought a few Music instruments from Gaurav. The instruments are of high-quality. The most important thing is Gaurav is very trustworthy. Once I bought a Dhol but the Courier was taking a lot of money so then I had to return on this Dhol and Gaurav gave me credit note. After around nine months I came to India and Gaurav still remembered that credit note and help me buy accessories of Musical Instrument from that credit note. He didn’t have those accessories, specially got them ordered and more important thing he arranged a porter to deliver these my friend‘s house near airport. I truly appreciate his efforts and also I can mention that not too many businesses in India will do this for you. People even forget about credit notes.

I visited this store for the 1st time today. Really nice hospitality by the owner Mr. Gaurav. Knowledgeable person. Good collection of guitars. Both branded & Indian made. However, as a Guitar Instructor, I would always recommend a beginner to buy a branded guitar. I liked the aesthetics of the store. They also have pro-audio stuff to record music. If you live nearby then you should visit Music Planet.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They explained the different guitar options and prices clearly and helped me choose the right one. Also got some freebies! Highly recommended 🎸😊

I visited this place and I must say it's a very Beautiful shop with all the musical instruments including some which I have never seen in any shop. Best part is that it is located in center of Noida and it's very easy to reach there and parking is not an issue 😅. Highly recommended shop

By mistake I put 1 star rating. My experience was very good and the staff was very supportive in resolving my problem. They didn't even charge for my small problem

The selection of guitars available was nothing short of impressive. Very Poor Customer handling. Poor quality products, need replacement most of the time. Very rude management. Do not recommend going to this shop at all.

It took 2 weeks & not 3 days with multiple follow ups to get the ukulele. The on spot ukulele offered was not of the standard bought earlier hence it was asked politely to provide the replacement. We were informed that it would take 3 days but there was no call even after 10 days. After visiting twice for followup and no availability, we politely asked to get it delivered. We were asked to pay for porter and the conversation was rude. They might have done better before, however now the service is bad. Go for alternate shops if you don’t want bad after sales service.

It’s truly the best place to purchase musical instruments. Their delivery is super fast, and if a product isn’t readily available, they can arrange it within an hour.

I’d like to share a recent experience: I had ordered the RØDE NT1 5th Generation mic online from a trusted site, but unfortunately, the wrong product was delivered. I then inquired about the same mic in multiple stores across Noida, and every vendor asked for at least a day or two to make it available. Finally, I approached Music Planet, and to my surprise, they managed to arrange the mic within just an hour!
