I  recently had dinner at a friend’s place where they had hired a private chef from The Homy, and the experience was absolutely delightful! Chef Ashutosh was incredibly professional as he not only prepared an amazing meal but also shared fascinating stories about each dish and its origins. The continental menu felt like a fine dining experience, crafted from scratch with so much care and flavor. The Indian dishes were equally impressive, rich, aromatic, and simply mouthwatering.

I came to India from California, and I truly wish we had chefs like him there. I’d love to have meals like these every day!

Extremely Poor Management and Highly Unreliable Service

I have been using this company’s cook services for several months now, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly raising concerns, there has been no improvement in their management or service quality.

They keep changing cooks frequently without prior notice, even after I have repeatedly requested for one regular cook to be assigned. Each time they assure me that my preferred cook will come, but the very next day they send someone else. This constant change not only causes inconvenience but also raises serious safety concerns, as multiple unfamiliar people keep entering the house where my family resides.

The cooks often arrive late, and sometimes different people show up on different days, creating chaos and discomfort. I have made multiple requests to the management to address these issues, but my requests have not been respected or acted upon.

It is deeply stressful to deal with such unprofessional handling. Their customer service and coordination are among the worst I’ve seen. This reflects severe mismanagement and a complete lack of accountability.

I strongly caution anyone considering their services — please be aware that this company is extremely poorly managed and fails to provide basic consistency or customer satisfaction. It feels like a continuous cycle of stress and negligence.

Not to miss the Home Chefs,very professional,I have with them for almost a year n my family also uses their services.I m very happy with my Chef Rohini,very decent n punctual as well as helpful,She knows variety of excellent recipies, especially south Indian n Noth Indian Food,sometimes She amazed me with some Rajasthani daal bati choorma or a missal pav or a vada-paav or special dahi vada.there is a long list.
Not forgetting about the other chefs Umesh,Sanjay n Akash.Neha is also very good for Veg food.
For me Rohini is a great as well as affectionate Chef.
