Wire Blistle Casing Centralizer

This is a hinged collar featuring double coiled hardened & tempered steel wire bristles to remove mud cake and improve bonding. These are mounted on the casing between stop collars or between a casing collar and a stop collar and are available in the size range 2-3/8” to 20”.

Casing Centralizer

GAURAV Spirolizer is designed specifically for positive centralization of casing pipe in highly deviated and horizontal wells. Specially designed boat shaped vanes are fitted for low friction to minimize drag forces while running the pipe. The boat shaped vanes are welded on single piece roll formed collars under controlled conditions for maximum rigidity and minimum distortions. Spiral orientation of the vanes creates vortex flow to optimize mud displacement and minimizes pressure drop across the Spiralizer. These Centralizers are in Steel construction so as to provide superior toughness over other materials and alloys and are available in size range from 2-7/8” to 13-3/8”.

Weld Straight Blade Bow Spring Centralizer

GAURAV welded straight blade centralizers are designed for high restoring force combined with low starting force for levels where differential sticking may occur and low running and starting forces are desirable with high restoring force to maintain proper casing stand-off. These Centralizers meet or exceed the API-10D specification. The high quality alloy steel bow springs are welded to the end collars under controlled conditions with the correct grade of electrode. The end-collars are latch-on design with specially designed high strength steel locking pins that do no work loose. GAURAV welded straight blade centralizers feature specially designed integral hinges that are folded on the inside so as to stay intact even under extreme stress. Available in sizes from 4-1/2” to 20” with a choice of five different bow heights for achieving the right combination for casing/open hole configuration.

Rotating Bow Spring Centralizer

GAURAV rotating centralizers are designed for use with a rotating liner in highly deviated wells. These Centralizers meet or exceed API 10D Specifications and have high restoring force to provide optimum standoff and low moving force to minimize drag. Free rotation of the pipe is allowed for maximum displacement efficiency. To minimize the moving forces while reciprocation these Centralizers have a Stop Collar within the end collars.
