Wonderful stay here. The staff is courteous and responsive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is tasty.
Rating 3 stars simply because extra charges for drinking water is absolutely not fair. Water is one of the basic human necessities, and we have a culture of offering water to even absolute strangers when needed. So charging your guests extra for drinking water is not done.
If they add free drinking water, its an absolutely 5 star place.

We had booked 43 rooms for marriage events. Such a bad experience we had. Service was totally worst. Taps, door bolts even bathroom comod was broken . No supplyof water in many toilets.
It is better to stay in local lodge rather than stay in this so called hotel.
True advise to all not to stay .

Best stay. Reena and Pankaj were really friendly and gave us perfect room for our stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very average hotel. Believe rate was high due to event. Room was pretty average and the bathroom fittings looked like they had not been cleaned for years. Checkin and basic service was ok.

Terrible experience for ₹63,000 (3 nights).
The so-called “Deluxe Room” was filthy and completely unacceptable. Water barely came from the shower, it took 10 minutes just to fill one bucket. AC didn’t work, bed sheets and blankets were old, stained and unhygienic, toilet was extremely dirty with a rusted commode and broken fittings. No chairs, no cleanliness, nothing as promised.

Reached at midnight and the staff simply told me to adjust.
Worst service I’ve ever seen.

Food is a major health hazard — rotten items, decomposed fruits, cold hard dishes, and they even served coffee without coffee powder.
This hotel needs immediate action from health authorities.

Totally not worth the money. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

It was nice staying here ..The Room service was good and hotel was neat and clean and also Hotel staff behavior is warm, professional.

main to stay in hotel cleaning  room and food quality  metro is near by and location  is good overall  I m happy .

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly, cooperative, and supportive.

The stay was great everything was great the food was good too the only thing that bothered us was the washroom was a little smelly but the staff swiftly got an airfreshner and put it inside the washroom. Overall good stay.

Polite staff. We have an year old baby and they specially prepared baby food for us!
disappointing is that they charged 650 as making charge for the food even though we only had provided them with the rice.

Bad behaviour of Receptionist, first gave package with breakfast, at the time of checkout they charged for it. I refused to give and in the end had to pay after all. Though paid 240 rs. less but it was very bad

If you are looking for a hotel with pleasent stay pls don't choose this Marks property Rooms r not clean and they even denied to provide drinking water, no bill for the booking made. Highly unprofessional management.

This is the hotel where starting from hotel staff to the basic facility they lack everything. They give me executive room which is a corner room and neither they provide me kit nor water bottle. They charged me more for the room as same . When i ordered food they make me wait for more than hour . Poor service and highly expensive hotel which lack basic facility.

Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you!

Overall, a wonderful experience and incredible value for money. I would gladly stay at Marks Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My Advice to you is please use other hotels
You will get better pricing elsewhere
hotel management team including the owner they don't treat well with their employees

If they can't provide Good food to their employee, and how do u expect to be treated good .
