The bike rental service was overall good and reasonably priced. The bikes were in decent condition — not brand new, but well enough maintained for a comfortable ride around the area. The pricing was moderate and quite fair compared to other rentals nearby.

It did take a little extra time for them to hand over the bike, so be prepared for a short wait, especially during busy hours. But once everything’s sorted, the process is smooth, and the staff are polite and helpful.

A good option if you’re looking for a reliable bike rental at a fair price. 🏍️👍

I booked a scooty on a monthly subscription and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
First, I had to wait 2 hours at the Noida center even after my selected start time. The scooty given was in poor condition, and I was offered either a broken helmet or no helmet at all. As time passed, the vehicle kept developing issues and eventually stopped working completely.
Getting support has been the worst part. I had to call 10–15 times daily for days because there is no proactive communication. Customer executives repeatedly say, “complaint has been raised, you’ll get a callback,” but no one calls back. You have to keep following up yourself. They are often rude, scripted, and unhelpful.
Even when I offered to visit the center for replacement, they said the vehicle wouldn’t be ready at any defined time. Now the scooty has not been working for nearly a month, yet I am still paying — while spending extra money on cabs and autos, with no compensation.

Summary of issues:
Poor vehicle condition
No proper helmet provided
2+ hour delivery wait
Frequent breakdowns
Extremely poor and rude customer service
No follow-up or resolution
No compensation despite vehicle being unusable

Please consider alternatives before choosing Freedo.

I booked a scooty (Hero Pleasure Plus – UP16HT5207) from Freedo on 25/08/2025, and it turned out to be the worst experience. The scooty had serious issues right from the beginning – battery not working, headlight failure, self-start problem, and repeated breakdowns on the road.
Despite raising complaints and requesting an exchange, Freedo’s customer care team did not take my requests seriously. I had to spend extra money on multiple service centres, repairs, and cab/Rapido rides just to manage my travel when the scooty broke down again and again. In total, I lost around ₹3377/-.
Even when their mechanic picked up the scooty from the service centre, I was not informed by Freedo. The coordination and communication were extremely poor.
This entire experience was very stressful, especially since I was already dealing with a personal emergency. I strongly do not recommend Freedo to anyone, as they provide faulty vehicles, poor customer service, and no responsibility for the customer’s safety or expenses.

Cheapest bike rental just at 199 INR .
I rented Hero Glamour.
Helmet is a issue here.
Getting first helmet is a issue and forgot about getting another helmet.
Buy helmet from petrol pump nearby metro at just 100 Rs.

Do proper inspection before renting out.
In my bike tyre and tube condition is very bad and its almost punctured and valve is faulty.
Check clutch and tyre condition before buying condition.

Do not fall in the trap of renting such cheap bikes here. The vehicles will be passed off in shaby conditions as working but will not be reliable at all. Apart from that, their customer service is a nightmare for any self respecting individual, they will make you go rounds calling them circling around the same problem but no solution ever.They ruined my experience my journey and refuse to refund. They are thieves who will keep ur money and no matter how bad the vehicle is they will never return the money only empty promises of a better vehicle or better experience next time

Extremely rude staff. The place is not at all reliable, they will cancel your bokking at your face if they get busy, they are extremely understaffed.
Also the place is Extremely under staffed for a buzzing place like noida 63. If you go there to take a booking the waiting of 1hr is assured. The staff is rude, the place is filthy and the helmets that they give are full of smell and dirt. Choose wisely l.

They never gave good bike to me. I have used their service twice and everytime i had to struggle in the mid journey even their cx support is so worst. If you raise a complaint they will say, their team will contact you in 10 min but they call the next day . So rubbish,  do not opt I don't know about other branches but do no go to noida branch.

Kindly keep your excuses to your manger and employee i will never ever recommend to any. You people have the worst service and provide the worst support to your customer. You should be thankful to God because I have not raised a complaint to consumer forum just posted the review.

Very easy rental process. Everyone here is very helpful. Service is top notch. Bikes available are in very good condition. Staff behaviour os exceptional. Highly recommended bike rental in Delhi NCR.

Booked a bike from Freedo on 9th November 2025, and the experience was the worst. The brake was not working properly, battery had issues, and the headlight was very dim. We even had to push the bike to start it.

From what I saw at the Freedo place, they don’t service their vehicles properly. There’s just one boy changing parts like batteries instead of actually maintaining the bikes.

Also, they don’t pick up calls when there’s a problem. Our bike stopped in the middle of the way, and the number on their site says “call during working hours”. What if the issue happens after that?

This is the last time I’m booking a bike from Freedo. Worst experience ever.

Ignorant and irresponsible staff
No one is there to resolve your queries.
My paid amount 569 for 3 days is stuck , no one is responding. I didn't even got the vehicle. My amount is still stuck.
They all are fooling us by creating influencer videos to invite new customers. But unable to handle customers. Poor service.
That one guy saleem so ignorant it feels like they are giving us some charity.

I rented a Glamour as no other higher capacity bike was available. Their bike condition was good, but its fuel metre was probably not working. Had to rent for just a day, for a simple inside the city commute, for a day. I'm giving such low ratings because the behaviour of the employees is pathetic. They make you wait for long periods in between the process of giving you the bike, laugh, talk on calls and stuff while you've been standing there for 40 minutes. The employees are not dedicated and certainly not professional. Even while dropping the bike they made me wait for an unnecessarily long time.

Previously I had given 5 star but I'm giving 1 star based my recent on-going experience.

I have re-booked an xpluse 4v but the bike received is in below average condition and was poorly maintained.

I have rented the bike for 1 month usage but could only use it twice before I stopped fearing my safety.

The front tyre is completely worn out and lacks the grip. Even when braking, the tyres tend to skid due to lack of grip.

The brake system is very soft  and hence combined with the tyre is very problematic.  Most probably there is some break fluid issue

Moreover, there is oil leaking from the bike. Was not noticeable in the first few days as there were only few drops but recently the same has increased and created a puddle of oil where my bike is parked.

Now I understand that since these are old bikes these issues may happen but I'm disappointed in the lack of checks done before a bike is delivered and also the post booking support. I had tried calling my delivery poc but he is not picking the call. I've also raised 2-3 Tickets on freedo app regarding the same but the same has not been reverted to and no one has reached out to me.

I have paid for the full month but have barely used the bike 2-3 times. This is a waste of money and the time I had booked it for.

Horrible place. Uncooperative, uncourtious customer service.
Waited 30 mins just to find out they won't give you any helmet. The bikes were in disastrous condition.

And I saw like 9-10 people coming and their bikes were getting repaired by mechanics .
In short they did not have a single bike ready and the condition of the bikes were not good

I booked the bike for 300rs
And they deducted 20% to cancel the booking .
I cancelled the booking because I didn’t want to take the risk of bike breaking down in the middle of the road .

I had a disappointing experience with Freedo, a bike rental company, on two separate occasions. First, I booked a Classic 350 bike a week before my planned trip date, but it broke down midway to my home. Despite being fully fueled and prepared for my trip, I was left stranded

Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled as the company was unable to provide an alternative bike. (Attached a video of full tank and bike not starting)

In addition to this incident, they utilised all the petrol and didn't provide any refund. After repeated visits to their office, they eventually agreed to compensate  amount of 1000 INR for my troubles on my next booking with them.

Trusting their service, I booked the same model - Classic 350 - again. However, this time the tyre was bulging outwards and burst mid-way through the trip. Not only did they fail to provide a refund for this incident as well, but it left me stranded and frustrated.

Both times, the bikes were not reliable and broke down easily. What's worse is that Freedo's service was also bad. They didn't keep their promises and didn't care about helping me. I'm very unhappy with them.

I would not recommend Freedo to anyone looking for a reliable bike rental service. Their bikes are no good, and their service is not trustworthy.

Absolutely awful service. Freedo's so-called "service" is a complete and utter joke.

I'm a new customer and I'm genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction I've experienced.

From day one, it's been a nightmare. The bike I received was in a pathetic condition, but I accepted it, thinking maybe this was just their standard. I was wrong. After just 40-50 km, the issues started piling up—poor performance and mechanical problems.

What's even more frustrating is their complete lack of accountability. I've been to the service center multiple times and have seen firsthand how they hand over bikes to customers that are not even close to being service-ready. People are constantly complaining, but the staff just casually shrugs it off. They don't seem to care at all.

To add insult to injury, I purchased a 30-day plan, and the seat cover was completely torn. I requested a replacement over 15 days ago and still haven't received it. This week, I dropped my bike off for servicing after being told it would be ready the same day. It's now been three days. When I asked about the delay, the person I spoke with had the audacity to say he only "just found out" the bike was there yesterday.

This isn't just a service issue; it's a fundamental lack of respect for customers and their time. It's clear that Freedo and its Noida location, in particular, do not care about the people who are keeping their business alive. The glowing reviews must be fake because my experience, and the experiences of others I've seen, are the complete opposite.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Freedo.

I went to Uttarakhand road trip by xpulse 200 4V bikes condition is okay but the bad thing was back tire was in bad condition this is the 2nd time I was renting bike from Freedo both times tire was bad but I got a better weekend with the bike .

Very Worst Experience. I booked for three days and I was not available the first day at the time of pickup due to my flight delay. When I approached the next day They cancelled my booking without even informing me.
I was ready to forego for the first day as it was my mistake and I wanted the bike for the next two days. The staff was extremely rude and they instantly refused. And there was no question of refund too

It’s one of the worst bike rental app u will ever come across. First of all u need to wait for at least 2 hours to get the bike and moreover that they refused to provide you the complementary helmet also. They think for  one day we gonna purchase a new helmet. Please improve your service quality.
