Had a real worst experience with Geetanjali Salon sec 75.

Reason:
1) Unprofessional behaviour towards the customer.
2) Charge service cost different at each visit.
3) Just make the money and do the service quickly.

Recent incident:
I’m a regular customer at this salon and recently visited to get my hairs cut. Asked hairstylist to cut/shorten the hairs but he only trimmed the side hairs but not from the top(just little trim). Asked him multiple times to shorten it, but he wanted to style in his own way. Next day again I felt to get it trimmed because there was no difference as before. So, I called the salon to align my appointment and get my hairs fixed. But they were ignoring it and not giving me appropriate time to visit. I called multiple times myself, there was no professional behaviour from there side to at least give an update. This clearly shows they just want to make money and doesn’t want to cater customers concerns after you had taken the services from them.

Clearly they have lost the regular customer and I would really advise not to visit here.

It has always been a great experience here with. Sana is really good, she understands the cliend need and skin requirements first before starting odd make up or any skin service. Overall good experience

My experience at Geetanjali Studio was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t take my concerns seriously. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful, which made the experience even worse. During the service, they didn’t pay proper attention, and the results were far from what they promised. When I tried to explain my issue, both the staff and owner ignored me. I expected much better service, professionalism, and respect from such a reputed name, but it was a completely unsatisfactory experience.

I wanted a haircut and was lil skeptical but gulfam did a great job and made me happy with an absolutely beautiful haircut. The ambience was well kept and the staff were super polite too😊. Recommended

I visited Geetanjali Salon in Ajnara, and took services. Deepak did my pedicure, head and neck massage, and hair wash—and I must say, he is incredible at his work. He takes his time, listens attentively, and focuses on the target areas with great care and skill. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at Gitanjali Salon, Sector 74 (Ajnara). I took my daughter for a haircut, and the service was extremely unprofessional.
•	The hairdresser himself was washing her hair; there was no supporting staff to assist.
•	Shockingly, they told my daughter to hold the brush herself, and even asked me to hold it too.
•	In the process, they made her whole dress wet.
•	After the haircut, they did not even apply serum.
•	Despite such poor service, they refused to offer any discount or compensation.

When I raised my concern with the manager, Ms. Tanya, she did not respond at all – not even a simple apology.

Honestly, I expected much better from a well-known brand salon, but the experience was worse than a local street salon. Very unprofessional and disappointing.not expecting this behaviour from the big brand Salon like Geetanjali apart from that they did not even ask us to have water anything else they just make money this is the motive poor service. Hopping that owner will response on this review as well like I have seen owner replies about good reviews as well.

Mr. Sartaj was very professional and guided me with everything. The massage was great and haircut as well. Thanks for the amazing service.
