​I had a very frustrating experience visiting the Max Fashion store today. The official Max Fashion website clearly states the store opens at 10:00 AM. However, after arriving at 10:00 AM, I found the store was actually not open to the public until 11:00 AM.
​Waiting an extra hour because of incorrect information on the official website is a serious oversight and a waste of my time. This kind of negligence in maintaining accurate basic information like store hours is extremely poor customer service.
​I urge Max Fashion to immediately correct the opening times on their website so other customers do not have the same disappointing and inconvenient experience. Please ensure your online information accurately reflects the reality of your store operations.

The worst and pathetic store ever with 3rd grade policy  i came for exchange as size not fit well but they said belt is not in exchange so600 rs waste will never ever purchase for this 3rd class so called brand if the belt is of cloth they dont have option to make a new hole and in it so totally waste and even the staff behave like they are manager when i asked them for store manager they declined saying that they will handle this concern as manager is not available

Updating my review as my issue got resolved all thanks to the store manager who helped and went extra mile for the support .

Don't visit on weekends. 1 hour for billing. Inefficient and slow process. They asked for OTP and no tower in basement where the shop is located. Go only if you are ok to experience chaos during billing. No management.

Such a poor experience. First time tried an exchange, and entire store is clueless on how to go for it.
Calling here and there, not bothered about anything.
Took almost 45 minutes for an exchange after standing at the billing counter.

Please don’t visit. Total chaos in billing counter. Very slow process. Long queue. Some counters are closed. My last visit here. Any person is breaking the queue. Worst management.

Useless staff, busy with phone.
Didn't bill some of the items I had given. Didn't even tell me about that before paying the bill

Today on a sunday 27.10.24 AC is not working in this horrible shop
There is no sales person approaching as they are all busy chatting among them

Max showroom billing staff is not working properly as not able to explain the proper billing steps with membership. They have given the membership and not able to add the benefit to membership even money is taken........!!

A good place to buy clothes at a very low price. A good collection of clothes for both men and women. Their clothes are goo for daily use. A quick & helpful response from the staff.
