Worst experience I have ever seen in my life, never purchased a mobile phone from this store, I paid all of my EMI but, The store people say, I've not completed it yet, I have all the bank statements as well , I don't know what to say more, they refused to remove admin email on my mobile phone. Whenever I request to remove the admin email, he said yes, I'll do it after sometime, I am busy right now. I also visited several times, but, these people always have excuses, and always try to overcharge the customer, never purchased mobile phone from this store.

I purchased 1 mobile  phone through EMI. I paid all the EMI but, this store is refusing to remove admin email from my phone, He use to say I will remove it all the time but, he never, he always try to overcharged me, I am really disappointed with this store. Never mobile phone from this store.

We purchased vivo mobile through EMI from this shop, but, the owner is very uneducated person, uncivilized person, he don't want to remove admin email till today even my Emi was fully paid, the financer is tvs credit. I don't know what do do, shall I report to nearest police station or tvs, please suggest, this owner makes me irritated.

I had bought Realme 16 5g for Rs. 34000, my phone was blocked. All these people are frauds, they themselves block the phone and charge extra for breaking it. This is a big fraud. No one should go to this shop. They talk very sweetly to us. Their only intention is to extort money. They can block the mobile and do it in any way.
