Mediocre hotel, nowhere close to company serviced Oyo.
1. Doesn’t offer basic facilities like water bottles, soap or towels in rooms.
2. Wifi is there for namesake, doesn’t work at all.
3. No shops or restaurants nearby which makes it tough to get anything. You need to rely on food delivery apps & Blinkit/Zepto to get anything you need.
4. TVs in room doesn’t work, landline in room is just kept as showpiece and it’s not even connected with wiring.

Don’t go by the pictures, reality is way different than what it seems to be.

I would rate the new building 2 stars. The management seems very money-minded.

There’s no room service, and power cuts happen every night with no proper response from the management.
If you order food at the hotel, there’s no timely response.
Rooms are not cleaned daily. It only happens if you insist on it.
