My experience at Bosch Car Service Centre was exceptional! The quick service and hassle-free booking made it easy to get my vehicle attended to. Their customer service was top-notch, and I appreciated the reasonable prices. With insurance accepted and a centrally located facility, I enjoyed the AC waiting room while my car received quality care. Highly recommend!

Booked a slot for 9.30 am for my Jeep Compass. Was there at 9.30 sharp. There was no one to attend. The office was closed. Left at 9.34 am without getting my car serviced. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional approach.

I wish if there was a zero “0” star rating too!
Gave my Gloster for a simple denting and painting job under Insurance and they did such a pathetic job. No finishing, no sense of how to not ruin other parts.
Had to resend it after Mr Vivek Mishra’s re assurance of a better job but it was still far some even an averagely satisfactory job 👎🏻
It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for a door handle to arrive.
Never ever send your car to them for even servicing, forget a big repair.

The experience is quite good. Stuff members are quite knowledgeable and supportive. It's been more than 3 years I have switched over from Maruti service to Bosch and so far it is good and reason able.

They will charge you way more than company service center itself. If you don't have knowledge about your car , advisable not to visit this center.

Good Service center, especially for out of warranty vehicles. I am satisfied with the service and also a little bit of paint touch-up and small dent removal as addons are much appreciated. I personally think that such gestures goes a long way for building long lasting relationship.
Would definitely recommend the services. Advisor and the technical service team were responsive and did a great job on my car today.

Very good work in this workshop and reasonable prices. The Staff is also good.

Service is very good and at reasonable price. All parts are genuine and I am happy by the service done by the service centre.

They are just good talkers and make you believe that they are doing genuine work with the whole fancy workshop setup. But they cheat by using first copy local
products saying it’s original. I got brake pads changed here.

After a few days the disc started making screeching noise. Went to them with
the issue and they just started proving we used everything original and just cleaned the pads and said they are ok. And it started making the same noise again.

Then I went to another workshop to it checked where I got to know that the pads used are local and a copy of original. They are harder than the original ones and hence sticking with the disc making the noise and also overheating the disc.

The experience of servicing was smooth and hassle free. The car nation service guy responded to queries promptly and addressed the problems.

Only issue is higher cost on the billing like price of engine oil is charged at MRP and on top of MRP they are again charging GST which isn't ethical. Similarly on top of everything they are charging GST, so it's better you buy certain items like Oil filter, AC filter, Engine Oil etc from outside and pay only the charges for their services.
