very third grade service and customer care response. We bought a saree from Libas Gaur city mall , Noida and after 1 time wear look at the condition of fabric.
Nobody is interested in solving our issue, store person are saying you can contact customer care, customer care person are again and again delaying the same.
customer care told me to handover the item to store, the store person will do the quality check and it was almost 20 days now, still they are doing the quality check.

I visited the noida Libas office. The environment is very good, During the meeting, Mr Mahesh ji from the accounts department was very professional and courteous.

Worst ever experience I ordered dresses last 15 days still didn't get it..nd everytime they answered me u will get ur ordered in 24hrs to 48 hrs..worst app ever..it didn't show when u confirm get ur odered ..libas I m very disappointed

I ordered from libas 3 products and returned to xpressbess rider who's pickup done massages I got but libas not refund against my product which I returned to them they are not taking it seriously I mailed libas l call l massages many times but they are only asking me to wait they are checking very disappointed with libas now I never order from libas

They don’t even deserve 1 star but Google doesn’t allow 0 stars. I have been having such a big issue with this brand since 10 days regarding missing products. It’s been a pain of the highest order and I highly recommend you to never ever shop from their website. They are scammers and think all their customers are also scammers and are just waiting to order from them and scam them. With such bad service from them, I hope no one ever shops their products. Highly very disappointed.
