I usually don't write negative reviews, but the level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism I experienced here forces me to warn others.

I purchased [product name] from this shop, trusting the shopkeeper’s promises of quality and after-sale support. Unfortunately, right after purchase, the product started malfunctioning. When I returned to the shop to seek assistance, the shopkeeper’s attitude completely changed. Instead of providing support, he started giving excuses, denying responsibility, and even tried to blame me for the defect.

This is pure fraud. They knowingly sell faulty products, lure customers with sweet words, and once money changes hands, they vanish when issues arise. They do not honor warranties, they mislead customers, and they have zero respect for consumer rights.

Spending your hard-earned money here is a terrible mistake. I deeply regret trusting this scammer. I am writing this review to save others from the frustration, mental stress, and financial loss that I suffered.

My advice: Stay away from this shop. They are nothing but liars and cheaters. Spend your money where your rights are respected.

This place is a complete scam. The owner is dishonest and will go out of their way to overcharge or mislead customers. Customer service is nonexistent — rude, unprofessional, and absolutely unreliable. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. You've been warned!

Very pathetic service. That old man sitting in the shop is a thief and a fraud. They sold me Syska Tubelight with 2 year warranty, and when I went to get it exchanged, they simply refused to claim the warranty. They denied and said only 1 year warranty is there, even they have written 2 year on product, then also denied, said it is not written on bill. Kindly beware of the false promises and sweet talks at the time of purchase. I can swear to god, all the good reviews are paid reviews or known ones. You will regret, even if you get product at cheaper prices. This is their tactic .Not only he denied, he threatened to beat, abused when I was adamant to get it changed. Goons !!

The installation experience is very poor. Their electrician is lazy, wants to do minimal work.

He tore our new wallpaper on one wall.
Connected and installed a light but broke the circuit in another room.
Was in a lot of rush. Avoid if you want existing electric circuits and furnishings to be working/undamaged.

Bought a lot of fancy / decorative lights from here.. The owner simply said sorry and disconnected. Will he be happy if customers do the same damage in his shop.

The worst shop to buy any items. The owner is such an expert in making long statements showing stars and moon. Once the item is sold, you are nobody. Even if the item is not delivered. Not just once but repeated bad experiences. Will never be buying any more stuff from this shop! The owner doesnt even have the decency to talk to customers in a proper manner. Takes out his frustration by screaming.

I have purchased a chandelier with music (bluetooth) in the month of mid April 2018, now bluetooth is not working. I called the dealer on somewhere around 10th may, he told me to text the address on the given number, which i did and he told me told me he will send someone next week (15th may) regarding the issue(cut the call abruptly). But nobody came, then i called them again he again told me to do same thing and guy will visit after 25th May (ki ladka gaon gaya hua hai), which didn't happen. Again I called on 27th May, he told me the guy will come after ramadan, he was extremely rude, very disrespectful and said waise bhi china k maal koi guarantee nahi hoti, hum isme kuch nahi kar sakte , agar ladka aya toh charge lega and cut my phone. Very rude, Very casual. Completely avoid this store.

Best variety of fancy lights you can find in NOIDA. The owner Mr. Sushi Suneja is a gem of a person and very polite in his dealings. Products are genuine and rates are reasonable.

This should be avoided. They sell products which are faulty or has scratches. Worst customer service. I regret buying a lot of stuff from this shop.

Pay extra and buy from other shops or regret later.

Please do not buy things from this shop. Owner is very disheartening and disgusting as while selling he was very polite but when we complaint about products he was furious and not ready to listen anything.
