Good experience overall. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the Owner is super friendly

Rates are very genuine and reasonable. They give u proper bill. Shopkeeper is very humble and polite. I will highly recommend this shop.

Removed bell afterwards.  Pathetic sevice, do not own their products. Shop to avoid at all cost

Pro:
Decent appearing people, but appearances can be deceptive.
Cons:
1. Only a few pieces available in the store. Single piece for the one I bought
2. expensive accessories- quality is inferior
2.1 Mudguards came off in under a week.  It’s screws kept on piercing the tire
2.2 Bottle stand can’t keep a bottle steady for over 10 mins
3. Chain broke off in under 2 years
4. Handles ball bearings came off in less than 1 year
5. Frequent alignment problems

Not sure if it is authentic products that they sell.

The Owner of the Janatha Cycle works was very very bad i mean he does not know how to behave with a customer.while when i gone for my cycle service he was misbehavior and a special think i am not talking about Janatha cycle. I am talking about Jantha cycle works. And i know one day you will read this message soo you were thinking that your reputation will go our your Shop"s but sir i will not send this message if your behavior was not bad. I am sending this message because tommrow if you will behave like this with anyone then you will remind my message.And specially i like to say that you should see the shop janatha cycle and you should know some manners. But sir i didn't expected from you ( Owner of Janatha cycle Works) Really the one star ( Rating does  match for you )

Best experience and best purchase. This is the best shop. This is not a fake comment or review it's a genuine review from a customer who purchased hero sprint like 7 months ago and they gave me the best service.

I wanted to buy a cycle for my 5 year old kid.,there are many shops in sector 9 market with higher reviews went to those as well but felt that the prices are bit high....did some enquire from some local shop owners and they suggested Janta cycle .they have a good variety ,bought Kross dude for my son and there prices were less and there is significant difference as well than the other famous shops.

Limited cycle available at good price..Guy who showed me cycles for my kid is very humble.
