I wish there were 0 stars as I am hating to even click on this 1 star! Google should start having negative rating system. Don't bother going here , they sell expired things & the owners are rude. No responsibility whatsoever. You will waste your time - and then the owner would lie that you wets rude whereas she does not stop going on!

Owner is so pathetically rude that its unbelievable !!!! Putting fake reviews to get rating up. Go down and read ! Why would someone buy from an owner like thisss !!!!! So some toppers were missing from the packet and the girl working or the owner whoever she is - says they ask us to book our own porter "which wasn't said to me" they booked charged everything and when you tell them stuff is missing they tell us that we aren't regular with them and have only started buying since 2 months and it's not their responsibility if porter or uber riders take stuff !!!! And then they go on telling that they have way regular customers and since my number with them is only been ordering for last 2 months it's none of their concern!! I wonder if I send a cake to a customer through porter and the cake gets destroyed? Will the customer tell me or call uber ??
I also wonder small businesses like these survive like this ? In a world where there is so much competition I believe the smaller business only can provide service as the stuff and ingredients are always available everywhere ! It's the service which brings people in !!!! Also to go to an extent of telling me that """we get calls like this always and it's not our concern is just heights""

These companies should be boycotted completely as they have no manners, no respect for their customers

Pathetic shop and customer service. Madam
sells expired things very sweetly and her husband sells defective and all expired items very cunningly and if you dare to tell them then they will start fighting. They actually pushed me to find wholesalers and other good shops.. Bakerville and other online website are one of the good option. Beware people from these fraudsters.

if there would have been an option of 0 stars i would have opted for that. I just have one word review for this place, "UNPROFESSIONAL". They do not understand the importance of time and that if u have made a commitment you have to keep it. For the first time my order to a client got delayed and i had to resort to last minute changes because of them.
