I wish I could give them 0. This hotel is not SAFE.

They give rooms on hourly basis. Their linens are stained. You hear disturbing sounds. Cheap crowd. Why Noida police is not doing anything about this place ..

Management Services are very Very Poor , I booked by Agoda app 8 days in advance but when I reached at hotel at 3:00 pm my room wasn't ready, it should be ready by 1:00 pm for checkin

When I entered in room , Waste Cake 🎂 food kept inside of Fridge which is really redicolous

And hot water not coming in shower line ,
Dust not cleaned in cupboard area
Kettle found dirty
You have to walk 500 mtrs , car can't come till nearest entrance area

On checkout day the breakfast wasn't available due to Chef was on leave.

IT WAS  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE  TO STAY HERE The room I was given was not cleaned properly — there were stains on the sheets and dust on the furniture. The bathroom was also not fully stocked with essentials.”
When I raised the issue with the front desk, the staff was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving the problem.
The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, which made it impossible for me to work during my stay.  They have paid parking system However, the poor cleanliness and lack of proper customer service make me unlikely to return. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards for future guests."

Liv-box company is full of unprofessional people. They denied me checkin even though I made booking from their official website. Contact numbers on their official website will either not pickup the call or will just give you vague responses until you forget about your refund. Thy have no customer grievance redressal system in place. The Manager Tushar took 1 month to give me my refund. Who takes 1 MONTH to process a small refund in 2025? Special shoutout to their incompetent revenue manager Ms. Anu Jain who at first pretended to help me but later stopped picking up my calls.
Save your time and energy and book a much better room at some other place.

The hotel was useless. From entry gate you have to walk 500 meters to hotel gate, they do not let any cab enter from there so be prepared to drag your luggage in hot n humid weather. They they'll delay your check-in for upto 7 hours where you'll be calling them countless times to remind. To top it all that the lift experience is the most useless. Firstly it's confusing and there is no escort to your room, no luggage assistance nothing. You have to wait ten minutes or so for lift and then inside there is no proper fan or airflow so just keep sweating and suffocating.

Three stars for view. Rooms are good enough. Only one thing is lack of service. Room lock wasn't working. There are 5 lifts but only 2 are operation to 30th floor. You have to wait atleast 20 to 25 minutes to go to up and down. Ac wasn't working. We called several times at reception. But they didn't provide ac remote.

Absolutely horrendous place to stay. We booked an apartment on Airbnb and it claimed to offer all the services you’d need for a comfortable stay complete with glossy pics but when we arrived, the room basic, was freezing and the heating wasn’t working. The hot water also didn’t work. There was brown stains on the seat and bed linen and the half duvet was found crumpled up in the wardrobe.
What we did have to sleep on was flimsy and not adequate for winter time. We had to sleep with our coats on!
One haggered, rough small towel was all we had to dry ourselves with. The whole place was sub standard and the bathroom was too small and the kitchen items were greasy and well used.
We waited for 2 hours before a caretaker came to look at the heating but he just shrugged and said it wasn’t working then the host came later with an electric blow heater. It was a shambles. The building is also totally unfinished with concrete residue still on floors and gaping holes in walls.
Random security men and cleaners also skulk the corridors and foyer and this is very intimidating late at night. Avoid it at all costs!
Ps, don’t be fooled by the wordless 5 star reviews on here, they’re clearly paid for. This is an honest review by an international couple.

The place is good, staff friendly and food is very nice. The spread is good variety and some items amazing while some a little mediocre. On the whole it is a good, pleasant experience to come in for the meal. I do it quite often thus a repeat customer

Very good hospitality and management of rooms, especially Mr. Tushar Kaushik's behaviour was excellent and very polite, cafe was also a must go.

This is not a four star hotel! Disgusting place and rooms in horrible condition. Most of the amenities are not working. Soiled beds and sheets.
