Worst experience ever!!!! first nobody was at the door, few labour people were having food on seats nearby entry point and still nobody cared to guide us to open door for us, we had to slide big heavy door on our own to enter the restaurent. then nobody came to escort us or point us to any table, we ourselves seated ourselves to a table with huge sofas and table which we ourselves had to pull and adjust to get ourself seated, the tabke was broken from both the ends. nobody seemed bothered to offer any service or even look towards the guests, mosquitos were flying around everywhere.
then we changed the seats as tabke to seat height was not proportionate for comfortable meal experience. new tabke again we had to drag big tabke n sofas ourselves and it was sooo dirty, the entire upholstery was sticky and had stains and there were food crumbs all over from previous guests visit(pics attached) nobody had bothered to clean.
then there was a semi open straw packet peeping out of spoon holder(too much for hygeine!!!) and to our dismay the cutlery was not matching from ine another and given it was very plain steel cutlery readily available, it was not matching for all the guests on the same table(there were just two of us!!!)
Then came the aweful and stale food, we had ordered a salad and veg tikkas platter, it was stale to the core and the biggest blunder followed as we had ordered a gin based cocktail and they used vodka into it instead of gin and served us in some weird looking very small glass which  was very difficult to gulp down and tasted so bad that it made the guest puke in the washroom instantly(and the drink costed almost 1000 rupees) and mosquitos were all around the food too.
even dhabbas have better food, service, cleanliness and they dont cheat there guests selling them  bad quality vodka instead charge them of gin.
