It's a nice Mall for shopping and Some Timepass. Wave Tower is filled up with huge and large no. Of shops on every  floor and is available for the making offices for your firm as it is on a very prime location and is easily accessible through roadway and even through Metro line. If thinking for a shop then also its a good place because lots of crowd come here for shopping and office work,this would help you to increase you shop sales. It has some delicious restaurants like Bikanerwala and etc.so this place is best at all aspects.

Wave Mall is in sector 18, heart of Noida. It is one of the oldest mall in Noida. It is small mall and less crowded. Two giant mall in two side of the mail, One is The Great India Place aka GIP. TGIP and another is DLF Mall or The Mall of India. Both are good. Wave Mall also has a Wave Cinema which is very good.

It's a business centre. Many offices and shops are there. They have some law firms, travel agencies, computer parts suppliers etc. The place is good. ENough parking space available nearby on paid basis. Building has the elevator. A proper reception desk is there at the ground floor to help visitors. Overall it's a well manages place.

Clean and sorted mall. Have Big Bazaar right at entry of mall which is convenient at corona times. Not very crowded too. They check temperature and Aarogya Setu status at entry. Parking may be a problem as I couldn't figure out if h the parking was open. External space for parking is unauthorized and may attract penalty or challans from Authority.

The best thing about this place is it's connectivity.
- This building falls in the most visited commercial sector of Noida i.e. Sector 18.
- It is surrounded with the best Malls in Noida.
- It is in walking distance from Metro station - Sector 18.
- It is very near to the Greater Noida Highway, which connects East Delhi, South Delhi and Greater Noida Area.
- All the banks falls near this building.
- A lot of eateries and shopping options.

With all the benefits we have from this place, there are some disadvantages or problematic areas too.
- Parking is always crowded. To get good parking place, you need to reach this area by 10 AM.
- Since this building is on such a great location, in terms of connectivity, roads around this are generally crowded and jam packed in peak hours.

Wave tower is one of the best location for corporate office, shop, restaurant and others. It is situated on prime location in Noida. Metro stations are under 50 meters. Aata market in front of tower. GIP mall are also under 100 meters. Good Place :)

Wave Silver Tower which is located near Atta Market is a corporate tower housing Small to Medium size offices.

Overall, the building is easily approachable from Sector 18 Metro station as well as from Road.

The cleanliness of the building is not upto the mark and is not being properly maintained.
