Very very poor quality  products .
I purchased a wall fan  (eurolex)before 1 month ago. Today that fan was notworking. I called to the shop. They told me . We will issue new product and we deliver your  home. After 6pm the shop owner directly came and given a 2 years old  used dirty fan given.
They are providing  guaranty or warranty is not for customers.
Very very pooor. And negligence  service.

* They sell those things which is not working more than a month
* The aftersale behaviour is so bad and they use such inappropriate words to the customer
