Honestly speaking, Solan Simla Traders gave me a very mixed experience. On one side, the shop is well located and looks like a decent place for buying mobiles and accessories. A few customers, including me at times, have found the staff cooperative and the prices reasonable compared to some branded outlets. For someone looking for basic smartphones or accessories in Manimajra, this shop can feel convenient.

But on the other side, the negative points are too many to ignore. Several customers (including my own experience) complained about being misled regarding product details — for example, telling a phone is 8GB RAM when in reality it was only 4GB. The difference in cost is huge, and such practices create a strong sense of mistrust. After-sales service is also very poor; once you purchase, the shop doesn’t take responsibility. If the product turns out faulty (like heaters or speakers), the owner simply blames the company, while the company pushes the responsibility back to the seller. Many even mentioned that the seller doesn’t take customer calls, and sometimes bills are not provided.

So, overall, I would say visit this shop at your own risk. If you are lucky, you might get a good deal, but if not, then be ready for poor service, no support, and lots of regret. They really need to improve honesty, after-sales service, and professionalism.

If there was a rating of minus then I would have rated it in minus but there is no option, they do not deserve even a single star. They sell their products by telling them something else.I bought a mobile phone today, the actual RAM was 4GB but they told that it is 8GB,and the seller sold it to us by telling it 8GB. The Amount he charged from us is of 8GB RAM. There was a huge difference in amount. The experience was very poor that I cannot explain it in words, worst shop, worst seller and worst staff ever seen. PLEASE I WILL SUGGEST YOU TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WORST SHOP WITH FREE WORST STAFF. THEY HAD ALREADY CHEATED US AND HAD WASTED OUR MONEY 🥲😞, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!!!!❌❌❌❌❌

Very poor after service by  trader. I bought a oreva carbon heater which stopped working after 7 days. Owner said that company will take care of this. Company said shopkeeper will take care. Again went to guy but response was very poor and even owner donot take call of customer. So if planning to buy product avoid this trader. Better purchase online

It was an ok kind of experience in multiple interactions. You should not expect good professional handling.

People does not support once you buy any product I had purchase speakers from here they were faulty and next day when I reached there for exchange then they give me another model on mrp only when other stores provide discount on them and did not give any bill for product. Very disgusting service they are having.
