I purchased Mi 43 inch TV from Mi store Mercury Gadgets, sector 11, sco 49, Panchkula but it was a really bad experience purchasing from this store

1) I purchased TV on 03 Nov 2021, and they told to install it in one day, but they install it after 5 days on 08 Nov.

2) The most irritating thing was that they added extended warranty of Rs 1000 in the actual amount without asking me.

I came to know about it only after checking the bill. The actual amount of the TV was Rs. 32000 even on the official website of MI, but this store sell the TV to at Rs. 33000 by adding Rs. 1000 extra warranty amount without informing me.

When i called them regarding this then they talked very rudely and said so what happened, its just Rs. 1000.

The staff is very rude and the owner is even more rude and has no manners to talk to customers.

The staff didn't help me at all in this regard.

I requested them for the return or exchange of the TV on next day when even the box was not opened , but they said it can't be returned or exchanged.

So it was really really poor service by this store, they don't have any way to talk to customers, just looks in hurry of getting the payment.

Mercury Gadgets Owner is so harsh and proudy man, he arrogantly told me, we don't exchange, you bring the TV i will see who returns it. And also told me don't call us again and again.

My advice is to all those who are looking to purchase something from this store is not to do that or think hundred times before purchasing them.

Its better to find some other store for purchasing

Worst experience. They were doing something fishy with phones.
I had very bad experience with store guys. Store owner was also there standing nearby and he himself uses iphone. I went to the shop to buy new mi 9pro phone. Will let u know in detail what they did:
-They quoted the price of phone as 14000 first but when i told that its online price is 13000 then they told that  ok they will give it for 13000.

-I completed the payment through payTM.

-They bought the phone in-front  of me without giving it me and he was opening the seals very carefully without breaking them.

- He told me that he will activate the phone but i refused because i wanted to gift someone. But he keep on insisting that he want to activate and begged me.

- He told me that he will refund the whole amount if you refuse the activation, Otherwise give us 1000 rs more if u don’t want to activate phone now. It felt very strange. They gave explanation that u have to activate if u want phone for 13000 otherwise give us 14000

- Then he told me that ok u do it yourself but in front of me.

- I switched on the phone and its apps were asking to update. He was eager to open the Mi app on it and app was asking to install unknown third party apps permission  with access to gallery which he asked me to do it.

-Store owner was standing behind me and was watching this whole event and he also told me that my store guy is right.

- I had no option I bought the phone because i thought phone specs seems fine.

So Guys to please be careful from this store.
Do check the seals yourself before opening the box and check the seals whether seals been applied again or not.
Secondly, open the seals of phone by yourself by breaking them not peeling them.
Thirdly,  Ask the store that you will check the screen of phone by switching on but without adding sim or wifi credentials.
Lastly, Don’t let them activate the phone and never let them install unknown apps on it through mi app. Plz clarify all above conditions before buying phone from them.
Even store owner was claiming that the phone which you buy online are already activated. So plz be careful.

They sell products at more price than that is offered on MI official website
When one asks for the price showing the price on MI website, they simply refuse and say buy it from there then.
MI should at least keep prices same at their official stores.

Never came across a store with such bad service, as if you are a thief in the store , the service staff is eating food any time you go , not answering any questions straight, just saying if you want to buy then buy or go

I called their store to enquire something and they didn’t attend me properly and just hung up the call after one sentence. I was in the middle of speaking. Very rude behaviour.
