Good shopping experience, staff in the outlet helped me in purchasing the mobile by answering all the doubts. It's multi brand mobile and accessories shop.

I visited the shop for the replacement of my Samsung phone. The battery was replaced within half an hour. But unfortunately when I reached home and put the phone on change I got surprised to see the phone screen was got blank. I contacted back to the shop and It was worst experience for me. The owner was very nice when I first time visited but when come back to the show the phone which was not working he was very rude. I polity asked him to take my feedback as I was not good experience for me he reply me with very harsh tone and says he do not want to take any feedback. The way he talked was very disappointing. I was surprised to see that the same person was so nice to me when I come for some purchase and same person was so rude when I want to provide the feedback. Even and I told him that I am not asking for any refund I just sharing my  experience. If there were some negative marking I would like to give negative also.

There owner Or I don't know who is there with the contact number given in the details of there Google search is very disrespectful Person. I have some problems with there bill 9 months ago I have bought a mobile from them and it was my fault that I trust there staff and was not checked my Mobile bill they were made a 1000 rupees difference in my bill. And now I have issues with that Mobile and is under process for a replacement and thus issue gives me a 1000 rupees loss even to get a exchange with 1000 rupees less value Mobile. And the contacted Person he was just misbehaving with me on telephonic conversation. I don't like his attitude. Worst customer after Sale service I have ever seen in my whole life.

Extremely bad service and terribly rude behaviour of this shop staff and owner Mr Daljeet Singh. I would not recommend doing and buying and purchasing from this shop. Save your money, time and mental peace by staying away from this place. I would give 0 star if given an option.

iPhone 12 blue colour was out of stock in nearby stores but he had it and he was demanding 5000 rupees extra for it.

I bought  Samsung  smart 5lte watch 5days back. There was some issue . Dealer refused to talk and said go to Samsung  care . My duty is only to sale it. Even he didn't  bother to listen the problem.

I visited this store for getting the screen replaced for my Mi phone. They installed a fake in which the top section of screen was not properly visible. Then the screen cracked from there as soon as I touched it. To add to all this, the owner refused to issue a bill for the repairs. Worst service experience ever.

A very customer centric mobile shop. They have amazing customer service and deal with customer from heart. They have solve my issue 3 times without any charge last 2 times and are very well to interact. Do visit this shop if you are looking to buy new or old mobile or for repair. Please restain youself from buying sim card from the person sitting outside this shop, not at all authentic.

Worse experience while purchasing the Mobile from this store, owner and staff bluff the customer. He previously send PO of some different different mobile feature and provided me different while billing, in my corporate mobile purchase. Simply a bluff master. Beware while purchasing from this store.

I Bought a Samsung A70 mobile from centred its charger founds to be faulty.. on complaining Dealer showed no responsibility and started unnecessarily argumentative

A very good shop the staff is very good specially the owner he picks up call in 1 second and always answer in very polite way..i want to share my experience my jbl earphones was not working they helped me to get it replaced without any hesitation..i recommend this shop to everyone

Highly unreliable phone repair service. They destroyed my iphone 6 plus by fixing one issue and causing damage to the phone battery. They repeated the same when i gave them my iphone 8 plus and this time completely running away from the responsibility of making that damage. The owner is politely initially, his team spoils phones and then the owner behaves arrogantly and denies any damage done by his team. I used to go there since i saw some good reviews about Mr.  Daljeet but he is too arrogant and a man without courtesy.

Owner of the premises Mr deepak is a good men to have a conversation about what you need. You will find approximately everything there regarding your basic mob access to music systems and many other tech things. In short a good place in panchkula to shop .

I must rate this shop under 1 star if possible,
I have purchased a new mobile phone which was actually used one and the owner said that he had checked the piece that it is ok or not after that I opened the phone into which two messages were there and whatapp was installed.

Worst experience. I made a call to him just verifying the price of zoook product. Zoook official price is 1000rs but the owner of mobile hotspot selled it to us for 1950rs. I called just to verify price,the owner started with abusive language,he said ,krlo jo krna hai tumahare jaise 36 k phone aate hain roj,main nhi darta . the owner is very arrogant ,no sense of talking to customers. Please avoid this shop.

Ghatiya buying experience, they even don't know how to treat customers. Pathetic service. Words Mobile shop in Panchkula, degrading the image of brands they are selling.

This shop is fake I vist this shop to repair my chrging point issue, they installed fake product and also damage contivicty wire when I vist home found issue I aske they denied and and also chare more amt for that
So dear friends Never visit this shop
