I recently went to get my CPU repaired today, and the technician initially quoted 300 rupees. However, when I went to collect it, he demanded 800 rupees. This significant increase in the price was quite disappointing and unacceptable. Therefore, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this experience and give a bad review.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Krishna Computers sector 20 where I purchased a mouse that proved to be faulty. Shockingly, when I attempted to return the product within a reasonable timeframe, I was met with a refusal for a refund and encountered rude behavior from the staff.

Firstly, let's address the core issue: the faulty mouse. I bought it with the expectation that it would function as described, but unfortunately, it did not. The cursor would frequently freeze or move erratically, making it impossible to perform even basic tasks. Recognizing the problem, I promptly returned to the store and explained the issue to the staff.

To my astonishment, instead of receiving a solution or even a replacement, I was flat-out denied a refund. The staff member I spoke with displayed zero empathy or interest in addressing my concerns. This level of dismissive and unhelpful behavior is undoubtedly unacceptable when dealing with customers.

I gave them my Windows laptop whose Windows is getting uninstalled , they fixed it and the owner is a very good person,

Experts. They know what they are doing and will try all the options. Dell services gave-up on repairing our laptop and quoted 14k for motherboard. But they did it for 3.5k. It took time but was done.

They charged their own rate and very rude behaviour. Not recommended worst experience.
