We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday at Pugata, Sector 5, Panchkula in September 2025, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We opted for a custom party package coordinated by Mr. Abhijit, and the entire event was managed flawlessly from start to finish.

Everything exceeded our expectations—the cake, food quality, courteous and attentive staff, seamless service, vibrant play area, and overall ambience. The setup was well-organized and completely stress-free for us as parents, allowing us to truly enjoy the celebration.

The kids had an absolute blast, and even the adults were thoroughly impressed. It was truly worth every penny and created memories we will cherish for a long time.

A perfectly managed venue for kids’ birthday parties and family celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and memorable experience!

The team took such good care of us, and a special mention goes to Divya and Rohit for making the day feel effortless. They were attentive, organised, and genuinely supportive throughout the celebration.

The arrangements were smooth, everyone felt comfortable, and the whole event had a warm, welcoming energy. I’m truly grateful for the care they put in to make my daughters’ day special.

I recently pugata with my!The playroom is thoughtfully designed with a variety of activities that kept my kids entertained and happy for hours.The staff was friendly, attentive, and great with kids.especially the staff member caption  Mahender was very cooperative.highly recommended!!

Wonderful experience of Hosting my Daughter’s birthday party here. Everyone had a great time at both the soft play area and Arcade. All food items were extremely delicious and quantity of the food was alps good. Mr Sumit Singh who Managed the event is great at his job and ensured that everything went smoothly. He also guided us on how we can host the best Birthday. All out guests were happy and chilling…and so were we.

Nice experience. You can sit relax with your friends, partner; and kids will be busy with their activities and spend the quality time.

The staff is extremely dull and can’t engage with kids due to lack of interest. Pls visit here ONLY if your child can play INDEPENDENTLY. Otherwise you will be the one talking and playing with your child. Otherwise your child will be really really bored and you will end up wasting your money, with absolutely no break.

One of favourite place in Panchkula..as one of the most humble staff..where you can enjoy your coffee and amazing bread prepration while your kid can enjoy Playing in clean well looked after playzone.
Additionally Himalya one of the very sweet employee can guide you well and take proper care of meals

The place is perfect for parents looking for an outing with their toddlers and young kids. I had two moms (with kids) with me who couldn't be happier coming to this place. It serves good food with good play area for kids.

Pugata seems to be a great option for families looking for a fun and memorable experience for their kids. With its engaging play area, delicious food, and exceptional service.

Though one minor thing is that the play area is charged as per kids instead as whole. My kid went to the area for 5 minutes but the host need to pay entry ticket for it.

A little expensive but kids enjoy it a lot.

Her genuine warmth and professionalism created an atmosphere that made all our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for.

The food was exceptional, the staff was attentive, and the entire event was seamless thanks to the incredible team at Puggata. If you’re planning a special celebration, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. With Geetanjali at the helm, you can be sure you’re in the best hands!
