Very bad experience...I have purchased an LG 55 inch Qled Evo in which there is a brighter spot has been notified when technician installed the TV but reliance digital is saying LG will look into it and LG technician is saying that in big size screen you have to manage this type of issue...... I suggest you to go to other shops and think twice before westing your money at this shop they are just making wrong promises and delivering used or defective equipment.

False Commitment, Poor Service & Rude behavior by Reliance Digital, will take this matter to consumer court.😡

We purchased a television and refrigerator from Reliance Digital on 18th October. The salesman clearly promised that both products would be delivered the next day (19th) with 100% assurance, and installation would be done the following day, again with full assurance.

Trusting his words, we went ahead with the purchase. We even asked multiple times about the delivery and installation timelines because it was Diwali, and we wanted the products before the festival. He repeatedly assured us everything would be on time.

However, what happened next was extremely disappointing.
The products did not arrive on the promised date. We waited the entire day, even on Diwali, but no one showed up. When we called the mall’s customer support, they rudely informed us that delivery would take 2–4 days, which was a complete lie compared to what was promised.

After several follow-up calls and arguments, the products were finally delivered around 6 PM — much later than committed.

The next day, we called for installation, but the concerned staff either switched off their phones or blocked our number. When we tried calling from another number, they finally answered — but instead of helping, they were again rude and said installation might take another 3–4 days.

This kind of misleading assurance, unprofessional behavior, and lack of transparency is unacceptable. If installation is not completed by today, I will be compelled to take this matter to the Consumer Court.

Reliance Digital should remember that customer trust is built on honesty and service, not false promises.

Only when called from another number did they respond — again rudely, saying installation would take another 3–4 days.

Such false commitments, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable. If installation isn’t completed today, I’ll be forced to take this matter to the Consumer Court.

Reliance Digital should understand that customer trust is earned through honesty and service, not empty promises.

Good service. Well maintained store as well as well behaving staff. Have a wide range of products as well. But the price is little high in compare to general price. Maintaining proper precautions in this situation also. Overall good

Sorry to say. I know this review can not change the big market policy but please be aware from this. Try to take all in written because once item sold they just flip from their own words. I took the extended warranty by paying huge amount. When i went to claim then they realised me that i heard wrong.

Great experience.I had visited other branches too but here I got the best experience, Sales staff are generally informative and helpful during in-store visits.Good assortment of products in stores, especially electronics and home appliances. I'll suggest you to visit here and purchase anything you want.

Once the product is sold, there is no one to listen. Same day delivery was promised but I didn't yet get it. No response on call. Definitely gonna mail to authorities relating denial of services.

Great option for trendy shoes and sandals in Patna. Also the footwears are very affordable and some with discount as well. On a note, there is very less staff to attend the customers and check for the shoe size options and availability. The payment counter is very slow in terms of processing and doesn't bother to manage a proper queue.
