Bought 2 AC but sales person didnt told me about any offer. When next day i went to buy other items i got to know about offers by facebook when same enquired from them including manager first all of them ran away and after waiting for 15 min when Mr Vikash kumar pretending to be store manager came to us giving lame excuses that offers are totally confidential and we cannot show it to customer. Really didnt understand what he is talking about if offer is there than how it can be confidential. Does reliance digital show the offer only to fool customer.

As I visited the Boring Road branch, I had a very nice experience. Especially the staff member, Mantoo Kumar, who was very well-mannered and knew how to handle customers. I had already visited three other branches where I had very bad experiences. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me whether they had a PS5 or not.but this man sort it and arrange this within one hour

I have purchased Aquaguard from this shop on 05-09-2025. I had very horrible experience. First during installation and thereafter service of the Aquaguard. They have not updated my product on Aquaguard portal due to that I am facing difficulties to get service of this product. I do not recommend any one to purchase any electronic product from this shop.
I have called them to resolve the issue but they have not taken it seriously.
Very bad experience as a customer.
I have raised the complain but still the problem remain same. I am fad up with the follow-up.

I recently purchased an iPhone 17 from Reliance Digital and had a smooth and satisfying experience. The staff was knowledgeable and patiently explained the features, storage options, and warranty details, which made the decision easier. The billing process was quick, and the product was sealed and genuine. Overall, it was a hassle-free purchase, and I’m happy with the service and professionalism shown at the store.

Staff are well behaved. Price are reasonably low than Market.

It is good store with 3 floors dedicated towards  electronics and IT equipment’s.Store is clean and well maintained.All the leading brands of electronics and IT products are available under one roof.Display of all the products are properly arranged.Store is big and various offers are also available time to time.Employees have good knowledge and are polite & caring.

I went this store on 9 Feb 2026 at around 9 Pm to buy a Macbook air M4 ! After reviewing the product i was asking price details about the product and asked that why there is such difference of Rs 40,000  here and on amazon i got a reply from the salesman saying “sir aap wahi se le lijye” and jst left! I was stamding there like with no attendant! It was such a worst behavior i dont recommend Reliance digital!

Had wonderful experience at Boring canal road center. I dealt with Mantu ji and he went over and beyond to explain me the best fit TV as well as meeting my pricing expectations. Certainly Mantu ji ia going to be my go-to man for all future purchases.

purchased sony music system from reliance digital... to gift some one on their special day ...they ensure delivery next day it has been already 2 days still didn't receive the product delay delivery... staffs are not at all any cooperative..they didn't even received your calls or respond you... properly  ...Very bad experience as a customer.

This is a honest review based on several purchases
Recently I bought a refrigerator, after it got delivered to my house the delivery boy forced me to lift the refrigerator to the second floor...Same day the technician came to set up the fridge but when we opened the packaging then the fridge was damaged....after contacting reliance digital on a single call then also they were calling me continously to "confirm" and know the "issue"... All the staff in this store are doing fraud activity. After purchasing and getting the fridge fixed then the staff are misbehaving with me over call
Didn't expect this from such big company like reliance....Don't recommend visiting this store unless u want trouble and stress in your life. They are all ruining name of the company..

⚠️ Very Disappointed with Reliance digital
I recently purchased an air condition from this store, and my experience was terrible. The installation charge and price of copper wire is too high and the staff showed no responsibility at all. Instead of helping, they kept making excuses and refused to use copper pipe from market. They are charging 350 per feet instead of 130 per feet.Customer service is very poor, and they don’t value their customers. I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before buying anything from Reliance digital. Totally dissatisfied

Visited Reliance Trends at Raja Pul today, and the experience was excellent. Staff were polite, helpful, and maintained great behavior throughout. The store was well-organized, making shopping smooth and enjoyable. Truly satisfied with their service and professionalism.

One of the worst Reliance Digital store.After sales they don't intertain as this is my life last purchase.Mostely  tinted products are supplied and when complaining they exchange the parts.I was trapped in their net for 10 days.One staff named Mukesh took my compensations money and used it for his personal reason.The accountant of the store disclosed me that he had released the amount 6 days ago.Some scam is goings-on in this store.I request all the customers to be alert on their purchase.On complaining no action was taken as he is the part of their family.

The experince is too bad I just want to say that the staff tell a lie and sell me a wrong product of 65000 . And when we say that there is not a original product at a time in that showroom he says I just tell uh about that but we are 5 people comes to buy a laptop we all just hear gen 13 but he sell us gen 12 at the rate of genration 13
