This incident held on 21th of sep when I went to jio store for my BSNL sim port to jio.

Time 6:45 pm & location:- A/192, 2nd Floor, P C Colony Rd, above Allahabad Bank, PC Colony, RBI Flats Colony, Bankman Colony, Patna, Bihar 800020, India

All staffs are very rude and misbehaved with me and doing the same with other customers.

They are not doing the port or sim issue process and walking at store like he is customer.

One process and again walking around and delaying customers by saying only 2 devices are here And staffs are high. When I asked how much time you will take then he said loudly "god knows only, if you have to do your port then stay otherwise go from here, no need to stay here"

I talked to senior person but they are doing the same and tried to hide their fault by loud..

Shouting and I felt unsafe so I decided to move on.

I want to ask to Jio, why these peoples are within your team.

They are harassing customers.

I want strict action on those staffs.

Today I visited sadhushivam kankarbagh Digital mobile store where I purchased vivo v50e on Bajaj finance manager Abhimanyu of that store is very helpful wonderful shopping experience,All brands mobile like Apple ,vivo Samsung one plus oppo available here.

I had an excellent experience at Digital mobiles one of the best mobile stores in Kankarbagh, Patna. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and professional. Nice place in between the market. Staff are very good and nice with behaviour. Visited so many times regarding my problem and found perfect solution from there regarding Jio Services. But found one problem is that they are always out of stock with few items. If jio store is out of stock with few products then what's the point for opening Jio store in each location in town.
I don't know but overall it's not bad.

Irresponsible Staff, worst services, misbehave with costumers. Don't come here
