Recently visited here but found the staff behaviour was inappropriate, not much crowded so when they see customers they all comes together to ask which is not a good thing... Atleast after entering the customers let him/her think about it ... And I asked for the water to drink they keep saying lane gaya hai sir, I waited for 10 min for the bottle of water and then decide to go other branches of croma.

Nice store. Good ambience with sufficient collection.. . Service can be improved...as I found it a bit careless towards the customer and that too for such customer who has entered with clear mindset to purchase the product. Not much attempt to explain or clarify. It might be because I was purchasing a low priced product (2k nirvana ion) and they'd like to sell high end appliances more.
The billing machine was not working even after 5 attempts, then ultimately billed manually and paid in cash.

Recently I went to purchase Iphone 17 from this outlet. Firstly they said they will only sell iphone with mandatory Apple Care additionally worth 8k. I refused but after few hours they started calling on my number and said it is available now. When I went to purchase they said only white colour is available which was not my choice so I left. Then after 1 hour they started calling that the colour of my choice is available. I went to nearby Reliance digital and purchased the colour of my choice hassle free. The behavior of the staff wearing Apple logo shirt at Croma was bad. They are creating an artificial shortage so that people can pay them extra money to get colour of their choice. Big thumbs down Croma Patliputra. Not visiting again.
