Store is good but they don’t have much options to choose from. Even he told to go for online purchase from Dell store and because of that frankness & politeness he deserves 4 stars. Apart from that need to ram up with the competitive market as others are offering lucrative offers to catch the customers.

Very bad experience....I buy laptop in this store but after some time some prblm found in my laptop I go to service centre and they checked my bill and laptop....they told me your warranty has expired, but in bill which was given by Dell store there warranty in period but service center reject that bill and say bhai ye glt bill de diya hai tera warranty to khtm ho liya......wrost experience koi mat lena yar waha se farzi deta hai bill ar product...

My experience was too good. Behaviour of all staffs of this store was excellent. They deserve all types of rewards ,so that they could work efficiently in future.

I went for battery replacement they gave me 1 week time bcoz battery was not in there stock, after 1 week i went there & they said that they don't know such order & told me to come after 20 days without any reason & they don't even taking my concern seriously, the man was enjoying with his phone

By telling original parts, sold me duplicate parts. Not only this but they also told me it will take only 1.5hrs whereas its takes 3hrs. They were on there phone most of the time, lazy workers
