Tbh for vegetarian people, the veg longer burger was really good. Chicken rolls were really bad though the peri peri leg piece was perfect. Choco lava cake was a little burnt.

I went to all KFC in Patna but it was the Worst KFC service of P&M Mall Patna,
I got oily Chicken wings and crisp, 3 huge pieces of fried chicken. I ate a piece and left all those pieces. Yuck !!

Nice place and good taste but this branch is very crowded and also sitting capacity is very less.

One of the worst service in kfc...
Not much crowd, still waited more than 30 minutes.
Employees are not enough trained or not much professional.
Their training should be improved.
They don't care about customers waiting time.

After waiting 20 minutes said that can't serve cold drinks.
Hope they will improve it soon.
KFC should focus on this attitude of Employees.

They are being sold in the name of brand KFC . Crispy chicken was so oily . I personally didn't like it because there was too much of oil .. And it is very costly for a common man.

The food wasn’t good at all. The burger was hot at the edges and cold in the middle, the cheese wasn’t even melted properly in places, just cold. The bun was falling apart the moment I took it out of the wrapping.

They even added dips and charged me for it even though I didn’t ask for anything extra.

It’s sad that a place like kfc is now in such a sorry state. It wasn’t like this before but I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Pathetic situation. In this extreme hot ac is not working in pnm mall. Space is very small for dining. The worst thing is the taste. Don't know why this kfc has given worst taste as if it is not from kfc.I ordered big bucket on Wednesday having offer but the taste and the quality is very bad. I ll suggest to try other kfc outlets. Don't go here. Waste of money and time.

Very poor service at this KFC outlet. I placed an order worth ₹628 and it was delayed by more than 15 minutes. Even after that, they didn’t provide the fries that were part of the burger meal combo. When I asked, they told me to wait some more time. After repeatedly following up for another 30 minutes, only then they gave the fries—which were already cooked but kept aside. This shows they purposefully delayed it.

On top of that, I requested them to clean the table where the previous customers had left plates and waste, but even after 30 minutes no one came to clean it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very bad experience.  Tables weren't clean , waited for half an hr for the order which i placed 3 hrs before via app. Instead of peri peri , they provided something else. Not recommended at all.

This is a double down burger. Our order was delayed by 40 min & even 1 piece of chicken was missing. I have visited many chains of KFC. The service and it's quality is quite Pathetic tbh. Try a different restaurant. Never visit again.

They provide stale and old contaminated food. I requested and asked them that I want to send the instructions to the outlet , to use fresh item and prepare neatly. I am going through my risky pregnancy, stale , old food items will harm my foetus. Simply Pathetic !!!! I ordered peri peri chicken strips, waited for 20 minutes. And what I got? Leftover small crispy chicken with less to no chicken. It wasn’t warm as well! When asked to replace, she took one piece and tore it and said yes there is chicken in it. Now what will you call this behaviour? - Negative (not even zero stars) for the behaviour of the staff. When I was desirous to replace it, she was even staring!!!! At last I got the replacement, it was certainly better than the previous one but now I am doubtful if I will visit there again! And did I tell you that while waiting for my order, someone else’s leftover was lying there on my table for more than 10 minutes?!! This is not just my story. You will find this type of review at this location very easily…

I was ordering one pack of 4 hot wings at 145Rs but the receptionist lied to me at Bill Counter, told me to take 8pcs at 240Rs  and cut the bills for two hot wings at 290Rs. I asked to cancel he rudely said he won't cancel.

How can you open kfc in such a small space, I rarely see any seat vacant whenever you go, maybe you guys should just use this as a takeaway center, because hardly 15 people can be accommodated at this small place. Horrible experience dining in here last evening!!
