I had a very disappointing experience at the Punaloor Max Fashion store. After purchasing clothes, the staff refused to provide a shopping bag. When I asked for a refund because of this, they also refused. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect at least the basic facility of carrying my purchased items properly, or the option of a refund if that is not provided. Very poor service and not what I expected from Max Fashion.

The experience of purchasing from here was very good. Good customer service.

Nice place to watch movies with good seating and sound quality. Comfortable atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family.

Worst issue rectification system(replacement or return)!!!
This happened in MAX store, PUNALUR, KOLLAM district, KERALA. I purchased a slipper for my 6 year old son on 12th April at 4pm approximately. My son was not with me at the time of purchase. There was a size issue when I checked at home. So I came at 8pm(approx.)for replacement. A male staff made me wait for almost 50mins just for the replacement of a 399 rupee item. I had to travel a long way with my kids alone at night and so I requested them to do things fast. There was some IT issue it seems. But they could have settled me and then rectified the issue. I had to wait just because of their mistake. I requested for a return then, and refund the amount as I was in a hurry to go. That also was not possible for them. I told them to please take the bar code price slip of the item and do things at your ease but please relieve  me and give me a call..I will tell the OTP as per your request. But they want me in person there. Their internal issue is their headache, why am I supposed to wait this long with my kids alone at night? They could have settled my issue and then rectified their IT problem. The male staff that handled this took a print of the bill in the beginning( see the attached pic) and I don't know what happened after that as I had to wait for 50mins. He did not raise an IT ticket( to notify the IT department) at the start of the technical issue but rather was waiting and waiting for 20 mins almost for the system to rectify by itself I suppose.
Anyways, this is the worst experience I have encountered from any purchase thus far.

I had a disappointing experience at Max Fashion. The customer service was lacking, with staff not being very attentive or helpful. The collection of clothing was also limited, offering fewer options than I expected. While the prices were affordable, it didn’t make up for the overall atmosphere, which was uncomfortably hot and not very inviting. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you're looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

Best customer service with lot of collections. Satisfied customer

I took a membership from this outlet after purchasing some items worth 3500 and also paying for max elite.i had an issue wid my number Dey had entered.i was disappointed so I had a negative feedback earlier.
But den  I contacted the outlet number after two days about my problem.and was surprised to c how cooperative they were.
I’m very happy to c the immediate reply Dey provided n also rectified it asap.

The staff was polite and helpful. Thanks to them. So now five stars from me.

Very bad experience with staff cyana and one more lady... Ordered dress by online and paid the amount finally lost my cash and order not yet done..... After that iam keep on calling and staff not willing to help. I lost my 2660 rs from my account..... Very bad staff.....

Customer service was good before, now it's  very bad  "salesman doesn't know how to treat customers. If they treat even regular customers like this, how will they treat new customers?😠

I bought a blue Lee Cooper shirt from Max. The staff insisted that the colour wouldn't go. But even before it's first wash, the shirt's colour came imprinted on my innerwear and even on my skin. The 1st wash was like he'll and the water was in the deepest blue. Now 3 washes of the shirt are over and even now colour is still coming off the shirt and still my white innerwears and my skin and fingertips are turning blue upon wearing/using the shirt. I am not sure if I have to blame Max or Lee Cooper for selling such a fraudulent product. I recommend not to believe anything what the staff at Max says. It was a very bad experience.

Best place to shop in punalur is max fashion...kids and adults have all kinds of dresses....not to mention management is running the store very well..they know how to treat a customer....keep it up...good management

This place has wonderful options for children and women, but I'm not sure about the men's collection.

Max fashion is located in D Mall Punalur, good shop with quality customer service and things are arrerranged in perfect order even though stuff variety is limited.

The place is filled with very good quality branded products at reasonable prices.
I just loved the Kurtis n shirts. 🔥❤️

Good collections of t shirts, and staffs are so helpfull to us, and they will also be helpfull to our selection process👍
