We spent a day with friends. It was hot, so did not venture out too much. The area is big, has a big swimming pool and is cleaner than other resorts.

The best thing was the food. Though it was a pure veg resort, the good was really amazing and cooked with lot of care.

It was a nice experience with group. Our group was the only group so no hurry for anything. Though there is nothing where you have to stand in a queue. Nice swimming pool view of Khadakwasla back water. Small open ground for group activity and indoor place for few games like caroom, snooker, chess, dance floor. The Foam pool was not good enough because it was not full of foam.   Food taste was good along with quality. Not much activities for kids around 5 yrs.

The location of the property is great and very beautiful.. but the team needs to work a lil on the maintenance part. The washrooms are not that clean the pools aren't completely clean they have a slide but it's dirty with no water

The charges are higher for rooms but compared to that the washroom is not upto the mark.

Rest the services, hospitality staff are very kind, they will call u so that u don't miss ur meal and will keep it for u in case ur late..

The evening pani puri is excellent along with pizza😍
The morning breakfast sabu dana wada is also verrry good..
Need to work a lil bit on lunch..rest evrything is 😃.

Resort is currently not in good condition.  It's not maintained properly.  Rooms had broken walls, insects were coming in. Single star is for really good service.  This could be good for 1 day activities but not recommended for stay.

Spent the best time here at the splendour city club. The resort is close to the backwater so the views are amazing. They have an infinity pool facing the backwater which makes the experience even special. Lastly, the breakfast and the lunch includes a variety of delicacies which makes it even more worth spending our time.

Good location. The view from the resort especially in rains is beautiful. Property is well managed and the staff is helpful. Good food too. Although i must add that the upkeep of some of the indoor games can be improved. But overall a pleasant experience.

We went on a corporate outing (day trip). The location and food was amazing. Reducing 1 star for cleaning, the swimming pool's water was not clean and the rubber where foam dance was there was not maintained. But I guess given the location that is understandable.

We as a group of 6 went for a day out package in July 2023.
Amazing view, exceeded expectations. Indoor games were good, pool was amazing, foam dance was the most engaging for kids. Rain dance was not good.
Breakfast was not up to the mark.
Lunch was awesome.
Changing room for stinking bad.
Staff was courteous.
Overall a 5-star experience with few improvement points.

I loved the activities! The foam dance and rain dance was a memorable experience with friends. There was a whole game room with various different indoor games like pool, chess, etc and even badminton rackets (though definitely not recommended in the sun). We even had a whole disco party right before dinner which was fun. Recommended for friends and family.

Location is good but property is not maintained properly. Suitable for one day trip. Rooms are not well maintained. Overall, good for one day plan for family.

Nice resort with day tour option. They charge approx 1600 for a person with breakfast, lunch. And 1200 for kids. U can negotiate rates. It’s available on weekends only I.e. Friday Saturday and Sunday only. Less crowded and Amazing swimming pool experience. Best place for kids. No Non veg cooked and not allowed. Stay options available but too costly and not up to the mark.

Perfect for family or group of friends. They serve simple veg food but trust me it was tasty. Fog dance and rain dance is there. But we enjoyed the most in the Infinity pool due to the clean water and awesome view. A must visit place and rates are also reasonable. The rates vary according to the package you select. They also have rooms if you want to go for a night stay.

I paid 1300 per person and when I went there on 1st April 2023, only swimming pool and foam dance was there. No activities were opened. Food was good. But I think it is too much costly for only these two activities.  Also, pool water was dirty. It looked as if the water had not been changed for two to three weeks. Kids swimming pool was on above side and for adult pool, you need to go downstairs. This seems to be inadequate as one person can't swim and look his child side by side. The service was poor. We need to push staff multiple times to clean kids pool. The children swings were all broken. No maintenance of anything. The wall paintings were done ages ago. The water was leaking from ceiling in indoor activities area. Washroom area was all wet and has rust marks all over the walls.

Good for friends and family vacations. A quite and beautiful location. Great fun activities like foam dance, rain dance, Infinity pool, indoor games, karaoke etc. Just one thing I believe could have been better that is the water in the infinity pool. Water was not clear, it had some impurities and leaves. Rest everything was good. Enjoyed my time there.

1) No one will tell you that only veg food is served, till the time you reach the place.
2) No one will guide you what all activities you can do there.
3) They have unknowingly created an incubation centres for mosquitos, so night stay will become unpleasant experience.
4) Location is nice and well maintained.
5) Expensive as compared with other resorts nearby.

Great Resort Experience

I had a wonderful experience at the resort. The ambiance was tranquil, the staff was attentive, and the amenities were impressive. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to others.

The property is not well maintained,

staff with rude attitude, not at all supportive for kids/ toddlers.. I.e., it's not kids friendly.. I can say think twice before taking your toddlers

all the swimming pools are so dirty with green water and all the garbage floating.

Overall, it is a good property with BAD management..

Food is really awsome. Pure veg food. Adventures are ok.

Update after second visit
Looks like lot of things change when their is no crowd. Today I went their and hardly their were another 10-20 people. food quality was good but number of items decreased.
Lots of things were not working like pool slide, even they first refused for foam dance, but later started it.
Game zone was closed by 6pm, in summer the should allow till 7 or 8 pm. Not a single light turned on in evening time, whole place went into dark mode.
