I had an excellent experience with DTDC Courier Services, especially with the support from Mr. Inamdar. We had sent costly jewellery along with food items and clothes to the USA, and everything was delivered on time. There was no damage, and all items were perfectly intact and in place.
Mr. Inamdar was extremely helpful in arranging the jewellery certificates and guided us throughout the process. Thank you for the reliable service and continuous support. Truly appreciated.

The first time I availed their service, it was a decent experience. But the second (and probably the last maybe) I ran into few problems. The charges were high (agreed for), and the assurance to assist once the consignment reaches the destination post office was confirmed here. To my surprise, there was an import duty levied (but okay with the recent tariff's it was expected) DTDC had assured to provide assistance incase charged, (since they were quite high for a non INR currency) but was not met with. I tried to contact DTDC at few occasions, but received no response to my calls/messages. Afterall, it was our valuable items and we had to pay the duty.
Nevertheless, you pay for what they asked, so the services should be on par as professionals until delivery is in hand.
A Bad experience here.

Shipment delivered right on time... But handling was done nicely, being fragile should have been handled delicately. Upon opening the parcel, the gadget found in bad shape...

Sent 2 shipments to US. Both shipments delivered on 3rd day without any issues.Thanks to Mr.Inamdar for his advise.

He charged me 750 for a 4-5 roses to be sent to Chennai, later when I enquired I got to know it's too much of a price. I was in a hurry that day n hardly had time to enquire around hence just ended up paying extravagant amt just for such a small parcel. I wouldn't recommend unless u do ua research.

Really good service, they packed and delivered my delicate gaming pc within a week. Packing was very good and everything was secure.
