"My recent visit to mother's food was a total letdown, and the paneer masala was the main culprit. I'm not sure what the chef was thinking, but this dish was an absolute disaster. The sauce was a weird, watery, reddish-brown liquid that tasted like it came straight from a can of tomato soup—seriously, zero flavor, zero spice, and zero effort. The paneer itself was even worse. Instead of being soft and creamy, it was hard, rubbery, and had a strange, stale taste. It was like they had recycled old paneer from a few days ago. The entire dish was just a greasy, bland mess that I couldn't even finish. It's a shame, because a good paneer masala is a staple of Indian cuisine, and this one missed the mark in every possible way. Do yourself a favor and skip this dish entirely if you ever find yourself at this restaurant."
