- Dirty pillow covers, bedsheets and doormat
- Landlines was not working
- No proper room hygiene
- Asked twice for cleaning the room but they didn't do that.

I hope this feedback they take it seriously because the experience of mine been they for 1 whole night was worst.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff — including the manager — behaved shockingly unprofessional. He even grabbed my phone during checkout and rated the hotel 5 stars without my permission. I had booked this place through another app, and the moment I entered the room I regretted it. The room was filthy, the bedsheets were clearly unwashed, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and the entire room reeked. This place is a complete scam and nowhere close to what they advertise. Avoid at all costs

No shower kit rates are as per a good rooms but unsatisfactory

Rooms are spacious and nice but not cleaned,heater too small to accommodate a family

Very disappointed with the staff at this hotel. They were unhelpful, lacked basic understanding of guest needs, and showed no courtesy. I expected better hospitality, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Definitely would not recommend.
