Terrible experience working with Vishal Patole of Fortune Catering ..... Never to be recommended for catering services. Not punctual at all ..... FOOD quality was BAD... Management is horrible.... Not trust worthy .at all..... DO not think of giving Vishal Patole order for Catering...

Everything went wrong .very worst experience vishal patole from fortune was totally unprofessional and fraud person. We had ordered for 35 persons and the time agreed was 12:30 pm however there was singnifant delay. Food reached halfway mark by 4:00 pm. Which was also need to be picked up by our self. 
Agreed portion was not delivered. We had opted for fulkas in menu. But very hard,half cooked ,burnt chapaties were delivered and that also just 24 numbers which should have been 175 in number ( 5 fulkas per person) .we had ordered jeera rice which was also half cooked.  And over and above this person Mr. Vishal stop picking up calls post 4:00pm and did not delivered food of 20 people ( pav bhaji & pulav) which was ordered for dinner.
He had taken almost 90% advance and did not fullfill any commitment.
Mr. Vishal patoles behaviour was totally unprofessional.
Food test was also very average. 
Overall very worst experience which put us in enbarssing situation in front of our guest.
Think twice before placing any order with him.
