It's a two floor place. Ground level is dedicated for baby clothes and other consumables. First level stocks up on baby "properties" like cradles, prams, rockers, toys, diaper bags.

The Shop has lots of varieties right from clothing to toys. But what I observed was that the prices were really high as compared to the online prices on the First Cry website and mobile app.

No exchange, even if fitting issues, for discounted products..i feel it's useless if we are gifting the clothes. Review your discount policy

Be careful at the billing counter at this outlet.  Sales people at this outlet are very young but extremely smart.

Twice I experienced the same scenario and saved myself from getting trapped.

When you look for the product and ask for the prices they state that it will be discounted as per the prices on the Firstcry website/mobile app at the time of billing. Most of us don't bother to cross verify the online prices at the time of billing as they promise from their side and proactively give the discount, but here is the catch; They don't give the exact same discount as on the website and sometimes add the right discount only for a few of the products from your cart and remaining products are at the MRP or lesser discount. This is how they earn better margins which leads to better incentives for them and loss for the customer.

Please don't get bluffed and do the price comparison at the billing counter.

What bothered me most was the way the  staff was talking to a new employee (judging by not having a uniform and a bit confused - which was ok as she was new and I’m a regular visitor to that branch)
You can’t tell or talk badly/yell in the presence or absence of a customer to your colleagues.

Bought a gift from Baner store for a friend’s kid. But the gift wrap is very pathetic as no bag, no card board and gift wrap is chargeable. Very bad experience for buying a gift and specially gift wrap. My suggestion is to improve your gift wrapping section so that we can buy and get a good wrapping experience.

Very bad experience. We had gone to buy a crib and a stroller. I cant believe such a big brand name could be so dull in showing options and so disinterested in selling. The staff were totally disinterested in showing any product or even explaining is anything. There must be 8 staff sitting idle and chitchatting or watching mobile....we must have asked atleast 10 questions and finally left because they really didn't have much to offer

Extremely poor quality – Babyhug has seriously gone downhill

I’ve been using Babyhug Premium Diapers from day one for my baby, but the recent quality is absolutely unacceptable. Earlier, in a pack of 54, around 5–6 diapers would leak — not ideal, but manageable. This time and the last time, I bought 5 large packs together, and over 60–70% of the diapers leak right from the first pee. That’s not a minor issue, it’s a complete product failure.

Last time, I assumed it might just be a bad batch, but clearly that’s not the case. The quality has gone from reliable to pathetic. My baby ends up soaked and uncomfortable at night even though I change diapers at least three times every night.

It honestly feels like the company has gained a bigger customer base and is now cutting corners on quality. That’s extremely disappointing and irresponsible, especially for a baby product where comfort and reliability are non-negotiable.

I expected better from Babyhug — this kind of compromise is unacceptable.

Used products sold here at the Baner store, infant items are dangerously exposed to dust and toxic cleaning liquids just to remove the usage marks. Complete unethical staff, when asked for the store Manager name and number they rudely said can't provide that since you will complain, rowdy staff, shutdown this store.

Do not buy anything from this store.The employee here will make you fool and will not be ready to replace the dress even if you kept the tag and bill intact.Seems like they have been trained by firstcry not to replace the item.The store incharge Aryan(Ayan) Choudhary tried all way to deny the replacement but due to one good customer present there was able to get that done.They were not even ready to share the phone number of store owner and asked us to search over google.How pathetic.Also price were over hyped and same was available 40% lesser online.My last visit to any first cry store.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I had there gone to buy infant baby cot. Online I could see the product for 3117 and in store they were selling the same brand product for 4200. I asked the reason for this difference. And they said its because of the colour which makes no sense. Also, i went to the Aundh store. Their staff is quiet professional and helpful. I got the same product as online price in their store, this was also different colour, but they were polite enough to check the online discounts and give me the product for the same cost as online. I would recommend to go to Aundh store for purchases, they have better collection and better staff. Thank you.

Extremely bad service. There were 4 girls from the staff available here but nobody was really interested to help/show us the products. We had to call them again and again to ask the details or to ask us to help out. We had a voucher which I showed them at the start they did not even provide full info on that at the start. 1st I wanted to buy baby bottle and detergent for this they said it cannot be used on baby detergent then I looked for clothes, then they said it cannot be used on any clothes it should be only of babyhug brands, then I searched for that, later I asked then if it can be used for other items like bibs langots and all she said yes, then I looked for those item and went to billing counter..there other girl said it can’t be used on these products. We were really frustrated, but said ok let’s buy the dress we have selected along with these products so we asked her to do the bill for everything, later again she said it(voucher) cannot be used here it can be redeemed only where the previous purchase is done. I mean what kind of service is this? She could have mentioned that at first and infact all the criterias once instead of telling one by one after everytime we selecting anything. Ridiculous staff.

We purchased baby scooter from shop and they agreed for servicing for next 6 months . In 2 days this scooter got alingnent issue . Now for servicing they are not doing anything just passing the time , even they are not ready for servicing and refund .
