I recently visited Brain Freeze and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had Keto diet options available. As someone who follows the Keto diet, it can be difficult to find suitable options when dining out. I tried their Classic Vanilla Ice Cream Bar and I have to say, it was delicious! The fact that it was Keto-friendly made it even better. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend trying their Keto options and sharing your own experiences with the diet.
