We are one of a kind Japanese Artisan Bakery specializing in additive-free savory and sweet breads. It is a live bakery (you can see us baking there) and makes and serves absolutely fresh breads everyday. Some of the most popular breads are the fried curry bread, melon pan, custard bun, cinnamon rolls and the load... We also bake Baguettes, Pizzas and make sandwiches from fresh breads.. By the end of 2022, after training in Japan, we have started making Japanese style pastries. We plan to make seasonal pastries like the flavorful and soft short cakes, strawberry croissants and the like.
