Complete fraud and utterly unprofessional service. Paid 480 for express delivery with a 2-day commitment, yet they dispatched it as a normal shipment and still haven’t delivered even after 4 days. When contacted, they blamed “system issues” and offered no resolution. Because of their carelessness, I missed submitting important court documents on time.
Avoid this courier at all costs. They charge extra but don’t deliver what they promise — totally unreliable and deceptive.

Worst courier service and I just saved from getting robbed. I want to courier 2 sarees, which are not even in box and 1 documents file, which weigh 1.9 kg and they asked me 1600/- and destination is Jalgaon. Instead of courier, I would have gone to Jalgaon and come. Idiotic rates.

Most pathetic service. The Lady thinks she is the main, can't listening our problems and just started abusing. Never ever use this courier, my order is already delayed by 1 week.

I sent an urgent parcel to my family through DTDC and paid double the amount for their so-called express delivery, which was supposed to arrive within 48 hours. It’s been over 4+
days now, and there’s still no update. Extremely disappointing service — DTDC is misleading customers by charging extra for an express delivery they clearly can’t fulfill.

Worst experience. Please book courier service somewhere else. Paid Rs 830 per kg for household items to be delivered internationally. Worst packing all the utensils were damaged. We already paid the money to Dtdc bavdhan person, when I complained he is just delaying the response. Very unprofessional. Please speed post which much cheaper and reliable. All boxes were damaged. Please book somewhere else don't use DTDC bavdhan service.

Worst experience,  I have requested them for my parcel to my hometown, previously agreed to deliver now said it's return without reason..denied to refund my money..very bad service

Impressed by their service. Packing is done quite well. They accept cash or online mobile wallet payment methods.

They have their separate charges. I have visited this dtdc Bavdhan branch. The staff provided me the envelope which is actually only Rs 12 but they have charged me Rs 30 plus addition to that Rs 50 service charges. The service charge is for just providing the envelope. So in total Rs 230 they asked me to pay. and Then I asked them it's not the standard charges according to the dtdc. I have used it before several time. They told me that if you want to do currier then you have to pay 230 otherwise you can visit the another store.

So I took her advise and I visited nearest DTDC shop and that guy charged me only Rs110. and I told him about my experince. he told me we can not do anything that branch is working likewise only even several people complaint about the their service and charges.

I visited the DTDC Bavdhan branch to ship my laptop.  When I inquired about packaging, the receptionist informed me that the service would cost ₹3000-₹4000. This is unacceptable; I previously shipped a laptop from Uttar Pradesh to Bangalore for only ₹1100.  The pricing at this branch is exorbitant.  I have attached a screenshot of the DTDC app pricing for your review. This branch requires immediate attention.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rates have increased drastically though. I still use DTDC as their coverage is pretty good especially to send to remote places. This office is very small. They have outside parking available.

I expect a basic level of professionalism from a courier service, and DTDC fell far short of that. I've lost trust in their ability to provide reliable service and will be exploring other options for my future shipments. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service quality from a company I once considered reliable. Buyers beware.

I visited this place for my Courier since India Post had some server issue. Though the price is flat three time that of Speed post, but it's OK in case of urgency. They charged ₹150 for 3 pages document weighing just 18 grams. Rest all I found they quickly checked my home location pin code which is in remotest part of India. The delivery was successfull in 4 working days so I am happy with the speed.

Very good international courier service. My parcel was delivered to UK in just 4 days...as they promised. The condition of all items was as it is...no damage, no spillage.

Also the staff there was very efficient.
I highly recommend DTDC bavdhan.

Courier service is fast but takes a lot of time during booking. I had to wait for 20-25 mins to get my deliverable boxed. This might be due to high customer hit during the weekend.

Overall, a good service provider with great tracking system.

This place charges rates very high. I was told rs 1700 would be charged to ship a laptop bag to gurgaon. I got the the same shipped from another DTDC outlet in rs.500. do not understand the charging mechanism these guys used. Staff is extremely rude, especially the lady staff at the counter. They charge as per their mood. One should be vary of visiting this place, pls check rates at other service providers near by.

They charge insanely high. I had to send a laptop to Jaipur for which they quoted 3800. Same laptop was sent through Hinjawadi DTDC for 2000 only. Please avoid Bavdhan outlet.

Worst courier facility every I seen
After 15 days booking of my parcel of cost Rs.40000/-,now they are telling that the parcel has been theft.
As I could understand this is preplaned from DTDC team
Initially they are convincing to book a lower amount like 10% of the actual cost in the receipt.
After that they themselves theft the package to sell on a good price and them on claim they give a very low amount as it was booked at the time of booking.
These people are doing a very big scam ,you can see or hear such news or information about them every week.
It is my recommendation to never ever go for DTDC.

Worst service erver🚫🚫🚫 rude staff .. they ask extra commission for courier
In bavdhan to katraj courier they charge me 500 rs it’s totally worst service ……

Pathetic experience I had in this place. I had my parcel of hardly 1 kg which I am in no hurry to reach at my desired delivery address. The staff had multiple reasons to cover the costs of delivery as express which I was not needing and were adding miscellaneous expenses like goons... I have sent my parcels thru DTDC other branches for much lesser than what these guys were charging me for. Stop going to this DTDC bavdhan. Its a pathetic place. If DTDC sees this then please make changes in who you give your franchise to. My consignment was not supposed to be beyond 600 rs but they were charging more than 1400 whatsoever. The staff was way too rude and comparing themselves to other courier services as "There is a difference between Tulsi Bagh and Mall". Save your money and switch over to other delivery courier services.

They charge extra amount for fast delivery however it gets delivered in normal delivery timeline only, also DTDC never refund in this case the extra amount they charged. Customer care of DTDC is very rude and unprofessional.

I had worst experience with DTDC customer care.
