1/2 Inch Polypropylene Flow Control Valve

Specification - • We have developed PP FCV (Flow control valve) with flow rate of 5LPM (Liter per minute), 10LPM, 15LPM & 20LPM in ½ inch size with injection moldings method, threading suitable as per specifications BSPT IS 554 for threading. • Complete body is of polypropylene PP with SS 316 ball. • Connection threading will be as per IS:554 BSPT, ISO 7-1. • Minimum length of FCV will be 79mm +/- 2mm. • Flow control valve will be assembly of 2 parts i.e. body with outlet & NRV and SS 316 Ball. • Flow control valve works on self operating float concept. • Flow control valve fits properly in saddle and there will be no gaps and voids between pipe and saddle. • Flow control valve has unidirectional flow (one way flow). • It has non return valve at the bottom. Marking on body - • Direction of flow - Arrow will be marked on body. • so it does not cause any confusion while installation. • Size – Size will be mentioned on body. Ex – ½’’ x ½’’ etc. • Manufacturer’s name. • Manufacturer’s logo. • Flow – 5LPM, 10LPM or 15LPM etc. Advantages - • One single body, No press fitted body part. No chance of leakages. • WRAS & NSF approved polypropylene. • Equivalent strength of Stainless steel. • Rust free. • Total avoidance of CNC and VMC machining process. • Fastest manufacturing. • Cost effective.

1/2 Inch Stainless Steel Flow Control Valve

We manufacture FCV with flow rate of LPM (Liter per minute), 5LPM, 10LPM, 15LPM & 20LPM in Whatever outlet required from ½ inch to 2 inches suitable as per specifications, our FCV is tested from reputed FCRI lab. Our strength is to manufacture 7000 no’s FCV’s per day and we have also manufactured unique FCV in elbow shape. Advantages FCV is replaceable to ferrule as it is very sturdy and robust in design and strength wise than ferrule. Less moving part so no chances of leakage. Material of construction is SS 304 or SS 316, which is suitable for potable water. FCV works on self-operating float concept, it does not need any adjustable screw to adjust the flow. Tampering is not possible in FCV as it does not have cap like ferrule from where illegal connections are possible. Adding more advantage is NRV (Non-return valve) it has inbuilt NRV that means you will only get uni-directional flow which does not have in Non-IS brass ferrules. FCV is way cheaper than IS ferrules. Controlled usage of water, very less wastage.
