We ordered a cake from Monginis and specifically chose it based on the photo shown during the order. At the time of ordering, the staff confirmed that the cake would be decorated exactly as shown. However, during delivery, the decoration was completely missing and did not match the promised design at all. This was extremely disappointing and ruined the mood of our celebration. Such negligence and false commitment from a reputed brand like Monginis was not expected. A truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

We bought the Rasmalai cake, but it was completely spoiled and smelled bad. Spoiled our movement, spoiled our celebration.

We gave an order for engagement cake from Monginis Moshi with full payment. And, we were supposed to collect it from Monginis Bhugaon. We were told that it will be decorated from Bhugaon shop, but they didn’t decorate it at all, kept it plain, and told us to decorate it by ourselves. We wasted more than an hour with this thing, and our engagement party event got ruined. The taste was also different from what we tested at Moshi’s Monginis. The guy at the shop told he is new, and not skilled to do it and the owner is busy with her personal stuff. Who would take responsibility of this? Monginis?

Ordinary food, pathetic customer service, overpriced. On top of all that, rude staff. Very avoidable. Ordered Chicken Pakoda and Chicken Dum Biriyani. Regretted immediately.
