I had a very disappointing experience with Shiv Enterprises. I mistakenly ordered two L-size t-shirts instead of XL and requested an exchange immediately. They flatly denied it. To make matters worse, they delivered the wrong product altogether this time. Now they are simply asking me to return it without any proper apology or accountability.

I am a regular customer, and I have even purchased a printer from them earlier. Despite that, they showed no value for customer loyalty. Extremely poor service and unprofessional attitude.

Not expected from a trusted seller. I would give zero stars if possible. Definitely reconsidering future purchases.

Staff are friendly explain all about machines. Rates are also less compared to other shops. They have every printing solutions.

Very bad service by Shiv Enterprises, Two sublimation tiles ordered by same Store, took 4 days to deliver the product as it takes maximum 2 days and that too both the tiles broken. Waste of money and time both. Not Happy by the Service provided by Shiv Enterprises, Kelkar Road ,Budhwar Peth ,Pune.
