Staff should be more professional, using abusive language within the staff in front of customer. Billing counter people' should behave politely and use soft tone while talking to customers.

I had a very bad experience here. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you don’t buy something, they will start questioning you with insulting remarks like, “Why didn’t you buy? We already told you the price range” and other unnecessary comments. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Truly disappointing and disrespectful service.

Today I visited the shop for shoping paithani and goes to the section but I have not seen like this wrost service in Talegaon dabhade they only show me 4 to 5 sarees and the salesman was not understand marathi I think you don't want to sell the sarees in the shop only standing infront of you and showing no sarees pathetic condition wrost shop in Talegaon please don't visit the shop the Hindi persons don't know marathi and they did not understand our language how then you can run the shop in Talegaon if your salesperson did not know the local lauange I should have posted this in marathi but for all should understand I have write this in English please specify me the reason of not showing the sarees to me otherwise close your shop from here and go back

All Cloths quality is good , but rates are high , and we dont get any discount

Very less Management of handling the store , just big open it no cultural approach towards customer, so customer can buy more product today we visited for buying 8 to 9 sarees but buy only 2 due to lack entertainment towards us

They provide very good service when buying sarees, but when changing the saree, they don't even pay attention to you or they tell the counter to come later. It would be great if you give the same service as when buying sarees. I bought sarees worth 26 thousand myself. My family didn't like them, so I went to change them the day before Raksha Bandhan. The owner told me that the change won't happen, it will take time, and didn't pay any attention to me. Someone gave me very bad service.

Service is very good but only from maharastrian sales man but from marwadi rajastani sales man there is no proper service. Kindly look into it
