The room was decent for the price paid. But service is horrible. Nobody cleaned the room in 3 days or made the bed. Also no fresh towels. The shower head is faulty and should be replaced (I stayed in multiple rooms and had the same issue)

Hotel is good.
Staff is helpful.
Water is hot most of the time.
You don't have to worry about anything after checking in.
Food is average (except schezwan rice. It's delicious)
Normal drinking water is a bit hard but you've always got packaged mineral water.
I've been here 4 times and never found anything bad about this place.

I loved the matress quality. Good rooms. I was denied breakfast because I was 10minutes late and the staff was not cooperative when I was checking out. They could have managed breakfast as i had checked in post 2am so I got up late.

The best place to stay for becholor as well as family. There is a supportive staff.
My self smit sompura. I have stayed there with my two friends on 26th and 27th March of 2022. We went for exhibition after exhibition we needed place where we can relax and make our self ready for next day.

Good hotel for a short stay of a day or two .Well maintained although  a bit expensive considering its away from Pune city. Bathroom flooring had cracks although it was clean .Breakfast
Is between 8-10 AM complimentary on 2nd day of arrival.The should make it available from 6.30 AM on day of arrival  when they have early check in charges they should serve breakfast too. oyo has to look into it.Restaurant food was average although he took an hour to serve food . Staff although we're responsive and polite.

Not worth of giving even single star. Worst hotel to stay. Very Unhygenic, the blankets and bedsheets were not changed and they were very dirty. Lot of mosquitoes. Room was completely different than the one shown in photos. Instead of 2 nights we had to checkout within a single night stay. We checked out early in the morning... during checkout the front desk person takes our phone and tells us that he wants to check the oyo id but rates their hotel with 5 star rating.

To start check in was late
There is no room service but they said they provide plates and glasses. When asked for glasses they said they don't have will have to check with house keeping they provided glasses after 3 hours
They do not provide tissues or toilet paper
Being OYO HOTEL I didn't expect this
Next day while leaving for sight seeing I handed the keys to the staff so that they could clean the room. I returned after 4 hours but the room was not cleaned when asked he said being Sunday we were very busy. What if i was checking in they would have given me the room just because they were very busy.
When asked plate for dinner they provided wet and dirty plates and When asked to change they did not change and later got to know that since I had complained to OYO customer care and they were not interested to help me
This resulted in argument due to which I banged the lift door in anger because they were not providing me with a clean plate for dinner
After which the hotel staff started abusing me
And he started calling me on intercom and asked to leave the hotel at 12;30am
Anyhow I spent the night and checked out in the morning
But after checking out what i saw was very disturbing and cruel
I am a rider they cut my fuel pipe drained my petrol punctured my rear wheel damaged my starter
And when questioned the hotel staff they said we haven't done and haven't seen any one doing anything where as my bike was parked right outside the reception and no body would dare to do anything except the hotel staff
This place is not safe hotel staff are very unprofessional
