Unlike the reputation of FabHotels, Crystal Inn was a filthy trash. It was like staying in a garbage bag. The receptionist never responded in my one night's stay for cleaning the room. Yes, I arrived 4 hours late, still the room was uncleaned. There was stain everywhere on the table from last guest's dinner maybe. The bedsheet or pillow cover was not changed. There was dirt and hair all over. The floor was filled with shoe prints from previous guests and dust. The bathroom was smelling like pee and the commode still had stains of poop. The mirrors were all rustic. I'm not sure how else to demean a guest! Thanks FabHotels. Never again...!

The property was decent with good rooms and service.
Was value for money.

Worst rooms ever seen. We checked into the room and condom wrapper was lying on the floor....this is the level of their hygienic rooms....there was dust everywhere. No cleanliness....window in the washroom was open and there was no way to close it. Pot was dirty and smelly. FABHOTELS CRYSTAL INN this is the name of the hotel please do not book this hotel. And do not trust the pics displayed on the site.

I had to stay for one night and then moving ahead on my journey so I booked for 2 rooms for 4 members.
I did the booking online, it was already 11.40 PM when I reached there, I was surprised to see that the building was under construction, only one boy sitting on reception, he had no idea about the bookings as his manager had left. Then after calling his manager, he allowed us. But the sad part was he said there are no rooms available now. After 15- 20 mins after taking to his manager. He took us to some different place in the gully which is a residential area and some other 3 floor cramped building.
Room very very very small and unclean, cockroaches all around, bed sheets were not clean and were stinking. I never used the TV as I had to leave by 7 AM next day. Looks like lodge useful for couples only.
No water bottles were available or provided, food u have to order from some nearby hotel , no intercom to connect to the reception , climb down 3 floor to talk to one person sitting there on chair.
Only I can say it that the AC was working OK and the next day we got hot water to bath from the Geyser.

But overall very disappointed with the place.

We checked some of the amenities before booking.

After we checked in, we were disappointed to see that some amenities were falsely advertised.

Below are the ones that were missing:
Toilet paper
Lift
Laundry service

Additionally, it was mentioned that there is a 24-hour front desk.
However, when we were checking in around 1 am, the person at the reception was sleeping, and we had to wake him up.

Also was taking a shower when unexpectedly the water supply stopped.
This required immediate assistance from the reception, further highlighting operational challenges during our stay.

We were also without electricity for over an hour, which had left us unable to charge our devices, use the geyser, or access WiFi

Tv is not working and service was not good so not satisfied I will not suggest this one

My initial booking was at location as per my convinience. Team changed my hotel to Fabhotel Crystal Inn due to some technical issue which was 5km away from old reservation. That hotel was worst. Hotel was in under construction building. No lift, No proper light in passage. Why shuld i pay money to take stairs for 4th floor? Noticed Open lift construction area which is very risky for anyone. Very Very disappointed. I checked out in 45 minutes and also cancelled ny next 2 days booking with my family. Room was good and well maintained but 0 rating for rest things.

Rooms are great.
However hotel in still under renovation.
Lift is being construction.

Ample parking space, so you can park your vehicles too.

Pricing is on little higher side compared to service & room offered.

Couple friendly too. Just need to have IDs.

All these reviews are fake. This is a pathetic hotel - avoid at all costs.

1) Only one caretaker who sleeps will 8 AM and not bother to get up and help you

2) no electricity backup/ or even provision for hot water - you're dependend on Maharashtra government if you want hot water in the morning and electricity is not there

3) No lifts, access is horrible. During rains you wished you never knew this hotel. Leakage from upper floors (not even from terrace)

4) Of course no food, tea, water, not even an electric kettle n the room. If you ask them they will take only 2 hours to give you this, and also make you feel that did a service for you

Rooms are fine (given it's new hotel). If I were fabhotels, I'd give 3 days for the hotel to turnaround or else delist from the platform

Online mentioned that there is lift service,  but lift is still not installed
We ordered coffee and They served me tea in polly bag and small thermocol glasses
Hotel is under construction
Bathroom and toilet is not as per the standards as mentioned
Bed was totally worst
Plumbing system is poor and shower is about to fall
Dogs are sleeping in every floor

Staff is inexperienced and inappropriate.
There is no lift and we had luggage and 6 months old baby. We were given 4th floor. While checkout when asked staff to take luggage down they straight away denied and said you take it yourself. For breakfast roadside vendor food was being served which had no taste at all and was salty everyday. Also on last day staff was saying tea is not included in breakfast you will need to pay for it.

Big room IS  the only good part.
Everything else is poor.
Receptist is never there.
A child managing the Reception.
Reception is in a shop..hotel is behind.
No security. Anyone can come and go.
Garbage outside the room
No drain cover on toilet drain
No RO drinking water. Pay and buy.
Towel and Soap given only if asked for.
No decent eating places around.
No one around when I checked out.
A new hotel but has several maintenance problems.
No Hello No bye bye.
Lift not installed.

After waiting for 1 hour when I'm given the room it's a mess and I had to wait another hour for the person to clear it. 4th floor room was given. The hotel does not have a lift. Worst hotel ever. Big mistake. Never book here even the staff will tell you that you made a mistake by booking here. I will I could rate zero star.

Disappointed. Not recommended. No service at all. You are not given a single water bottle too. No attendants. Only one person doing all work. One plus point is the room. Spacious with good furnishings. Wifi is good. No lift either. Better to look for another option.

Not as per my expectations, is very bad experience, which i saw crystal hotel and I stayed in another hotel.

Very rude arrogant bangladeshi staff. The TV was a smart tv with only wifi connection. When asked about TV channels, the rude bangladeshi said only youtube. Denied giving mineral water. After lot of arguement gave one bottle. Toiletries was one bar of medimix, when asked he said one bar only for all purposes. Then said i can give more "shabaan" or soap. I checked out the next day. Raised a ticket for a refund for remaining two nights. Still no resolution after 2 days. Very very poor

Pathetic hotel and services. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I stayed there with a friend and they gave only one towel. Even after asking for extra towel thrice they didn't give it.

The wifi did not work and it impacted my work meetings and interview.

They gave chai in plastic polythene that they bought from a local restaurant and gave paper cups alongside.

They gave poha in plastic polythene and didnt give any cutlery to eat it.

They gave idli sambhar chutney in polythene with no plate and cutlery to eat it.

It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

My relative was coming to pune so I booked hotel by paying 500 rs.. I got confirmation msg as well.  But when my relative went to the hotel and they Said that they don't hv any booking.. they were old couples.. they called me again so I tried multiple time to talk to receptionist but he did not allow them and then I called customer service multiple times.. they put me on hold for 15 mins and they came back that we are giving u reservation in other hotels abt 1 km far from the current hotel.. but by that time my relative booked another hotel beside this hotel as they were tired..
PL DONT BOOK FABHOTELS.. THEY TOOK 500 RS AND DID NOT GIVE HOTEL BOOKING.. THEY ARE CHEATERS..

Fab Hotel exceeded my expectations during my visit. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and strategic location make it a top choice. I'll definitely return for another pleasant stay.
