It was good experience with entire team of Austin for smooth onboarding. Project wise it's well connected near to Vishrantwadi and approach road is also good and broad roads. The best part of this project that they will not just show you the sample flat but will also take you to the actual site location and will give you tour of actual flat which you are planning to finalise. Flat configuration is excellent with good quality material getting used for construction. 3BHK has amazing lake view with cool breeze and sunlight. We are happy to finalise property in this location. Special thanks to Runa Mam and Bhavesh Sir for their kind support to close this deal smoothly

The lake infront of the society is completely polluted. Full of wastes. Never recommend this location for anyone. The near by society Ambanagri throws plastic and plant wastes into the water. I have also seen oil wastes on the water

If you are looking for a flat near Vishrantwadi/Tingre Nagar and central location in Pune city (Most of the locations are approachable from here), then Austin would be your best choice. The sales team and CRM team is very polite and helpful.
