Visited to purchase RO pipe joiner, so had little interaction but satisfied with service and product quality.
Earlier they were dealing only with RO water purifiers but nowadays they expanded to repair home appliances like refrigerators, washing machines etc.

Called them for washing machine issue. Person visited within next one hour. Again came back with the part and made the machine operational within 4 hrs. from complaint registered. Really great service.

Just now changed the Kent Ro filters with Swami enterprise. Service was very good. Akshay explained everything about filters and how to take care of Your purifier. Overall good experience and recommending others.

WORST SERVICE repair shop. First they will come and repair ur appliance and charge u high for that. I repaired my water cooler 10 days vefore only and after repairing I got another issue in the same appliance and they asked me even more. So please dont waste ur money and get some other service repair shop to repair ur appliance. When I told the owner about the issue of charging more he started talking rudely and at last I had to pay full amount.The owner is not at all a decent guy, he is arrogant and extremely rude, he does not have a sense to talk to a lady it seems. So if u are a lady please avoid getting technician from this shop..they are highly unprofessional... All the good reviews are fake.
